    the hotel was clean and facilities were good location also my only problen was the elevators were broken i mean they they had others all about but even those were either down stalled or out compleatlly

    Overall we had good stay. There are only a few issues. When I arrived to the room, it was dirty. My kids feet turned black not even 10 mins I. The room with no shoes. I called the manager and they did send someone to clean the room but didn’t offer any thing in return. Also check in is at 4. Check out is at 11. If a family is staying one day. How are they supposed to utilize the waterpark? We checked in at a little after four just because the hotel will not take cash and we’re not from South Carolina so we had to find ways to put cash on our cards. There was extra additional fees for parking and a security deposit for $250 or pay $40 with no deposit and you do not get it back. They offer an arcade, but you still have to pay for everything overpriced. They do have laundry dryers. I didn’t use them, but it like kind of like a clean area. They have a snack shack. Pay with the card no problem very good options convenient to have it right at the hotel. The pool was nice other than a few Band-Aids, floating around and a few gallons of sand in the kitty pool. The maintenance staff was probably nicer than the actual front desk staff. The waterpark was pretty awesome small but still awesome for a little family fun time. They are very fast beware of you’re tall and have really long arms and pointy elbows. My husband can attest for this. He now has four elbows. I feel like I would come back but maybe not with my kids and if I did come back with the kids, I would need to stay more than one day to utilize their amenities. Oh, and the bars were closed every time I wanted to go actually get a drink. It seemed like either no one was there to help or they’re closed. What the heck.
