I paid almost $1700 for that stay and had to clean the toilet when I got there. I expected more bc I have stayed at the Hilton a few times so I expected the best. I also thought I would have an actual kitchen not a kitchenette. The floors were nasty and not 1 person stopped by to take trash or offer more towels or rags during our stay. If I decided to go with a Hilton hotel again I would not choose the Hampton Inn in any location.

Loved all the pools. Staff was really nice. Pet friendly a big plus along with free hot breakfast.

This Hampton did not meet Hampton standards. Upon arrival, the front of the ac unit was laying in the floor. Worker came and put it back on but we had issues with it continuing to fall off our entire stay. Bathroom wasn't cleaned well. We kept on smelling something really bad from behind the fridge and by mid stay it was terrible. Smelled lime rotten meat. Maintenance came and pulled it out and cleaned. The cleaning spray they used was so strong of a citrus smell it made it hard to breathe. Although these aren't major things, its the aggravation of things happening the entire stay that made it unpleasant. Hampton knows better! Only reason I booked here instead of my Hilton app was the pet fee was cheaper. Also there's a $25 A DAY CHARGE TO PARK IN THE RESORTS PARKING DECK. Which wasn't stated and to me is BS! You have to pay to park at a resort you already have paid to stay at is ABSURD! Not likely to return!
