    We decided we like to get a room last minute. Well booked online and upon showing up to the property there was no one there. Pressed the “ after “ hours button to be told by off site security that I had no reservation and they could not help us. Mind you is pouring rain and late at night. Last minute booking are not good.

    Address doesn't match with what is given.. they dont have parking assistance. There was none to give the keys back while check out. No answer for phone calls. Had to drop the keys at the door. So big No to the Hotel
