First, when we get there, they seem polite and we had to pay what they said at the time was a deposit. I gave her cash instead of card because I figured I could get the deposit back faster. When we went to check out, she said it wasn’t a deposit it was a fee and we don’t get it back. We specifically asked if we were gonna get it back because we paid in advance and she said yes. Now to move onto the room when I took my shoes off to get into bed there was sand all over the floor and you could tell they hadn’t swept it or cleaned it. The water in the bathroom sink would not turn off so it was dripping off and with a slow run all night. Went to plug in my CPAP machine, and the electric wires were hanging out of the wall and the outlet was just loose. The Internet is choppy and would not stay on more than a second or two at a time. So we had no Internet the whole time.

Unfortunately I wasn't so lucky, I paid a lot and I didn't have a good stay, the bathroom made noise when the flush was used, it was a couple of minutes with a high-pitched sound, very inconvenient, problems opening the bedroom door, it wasn't a good experience for me for the amount I paid!

Upon finishing check-in at the oyo hotel I turned to pick up my bags and they were gone. I clearly remembered putting them right behind me, when I asked staff to check the video he said no very rudely. Only later did he explain to me to ask the morning staff to look at the camera. The next day I go to ask her about the cameras and he said that the guy said there was nothing there if I wanted to check the camera I could come back later. I don't even think they check the cameras but I will be fine without my bags. When I checked in I did my booking online and when I checked in they checked me in for a one bed one person room I asked for a two bed two people room and they would not compensate me monetarily so they told me they could move my room but I didn't want that by then. When my boyfriend came the man charged me extra to add him to the room but mind you I just made a booking online that said two beds two people. And the first day we were in the room in the morning staff walks right in our room not even knocking on the door. So there you go I do not recommend this hotel.
