I don't remember her name but the lady at the front desk is always super nice and friendly when I come in. I've stayed at this location several times when I come into town and she is always very friendly

This was the worst stay in all of my stays at La Quinta. Normally, I choose this hotel when I just want a quick getaway from work life that's not really planned. I usually get a decent stay but this hotel was horrible from the start. I was quickly informed when I said that I checked in online that, sorry, you have to do it again. This is not a 5 star hotel. I was was taken aback because I am well aware that it's not because I have stayed in 5 start hotels but why is the clerk saying this so rudely. Later that night it was other guest fighting in the hallway so bad until the next night police were called. Stains on the walls, the pillow on the chair had a hole in it, leaks in the ceiling, etc. My husband asked about the phone the 2nd day because we were trying to get in contact with the front desk and when he went to ask them she was just as rude and said it would be later which never happened. I don't know if it was just the area but I will not be going back to this hotel. Beware of elevator. Death trap waiting to happen.
