Loved the classic small hotel feel. They were very welcoming to our pets even giving them a small treat upon arrival.

I couldn’t believe that place was not clean. I was wiping down the area that I thought we would touch it was so much dirt on the wipes. I also wanted to use their towel and when I go to lift one up the stains I would see. I went off agoda reviews on this one. Should have looked at goggle. All I know is I would never book this place again. One thing I did like was the beach view my room was ocean front.

Me and my wife enjoyed our stay at the shelby with our baby dog, even if we had a difficulties traveling from NC due to the heavy rain we pushed through for my wife's birthday celebration and this hotel didn't disappoint our top floor ocean view room was nice. Sharon and Billie was very accommodating at the reception. We'll surely come back to this hotel when we visit myrtle beach in the future.
