One of the worst nights of my life it was so cold. Might as well have slept outside.

Nice place in a decent location.

There was no way to turn on the heat, they only had a thin summer blanket and no extra blankets and it was literally as cold inside as it was outside. Front desk staff seemed sympathetic and said someone would email me but no one did other than a quick sorry through booking.com.

A little crammed but I’d come here again

Very close to the wharf and the beach. The guy in the mornings was super nice and always respectful and I would come back just because of his hospitality I didn’t get his name. And the beds weren’t terrible

The rooms and parking lot are kinda small, the hair dryer didn’t work but the gentleman at the front desk was kind enough to get us a brand new one.

Not worth the money 😞

The beds were comfortable, great location. Decor was pleasant.

It was VERY expensive for a basic motel. There was no drinking water in the room. A basic necessary. They were charging $1.50 for bottled water at reception. When you spend a lot of money on a room it would be nice to have a bottle of filtered water in the room! What was most annoying was we booked a room for 6 people, 2 families arriving in 2 cars from different places, we were charged $30 to park an extra car! I think this is ridiculous after we paid $600 for one night for 5 of us in a basic 6 person room including a dog fee. There was lots of space for cars to park as they also have a carpark out the back so it was not an issue and totally unecessary to charge us. I queried this and they said to speak to the manager the next day. No manager on site and when I emailed about this I was told that the $30 was non Refundable as this was there policy even though the room capacity is for 6 people! I think this was bad customer service and feels like the owner is sadly trying to make more money from guests. You should review your policy on this as you charge more for larger rooms, more people = more than one car!

A Motel 6 would have been better!!!

No breakfast although breakfast was an advertised amenity!! Lousy broken micro in room and 3rd rate coffee maker .. Had to wait 5 minutes on average for hot water in shower. Appears new ownership is on cost cutting binge. For the amount of money I paid, this should have been a 5 star hotel.

Nice, quiet, clean...

We stayed in the family suite, room 221. We had a great view of the ocean. The room was very clean and great proximity to the wharf and boardwalk. The beds were pretty uncomfortable though. All of us adults had back aches each morning. There also wasn't any fresh coffee or even continental breakfast in the lobby though. There were those little coffee machines in the room with a brand of coffee we had never heard of. Just offering fresh coffee in the lobby would've been a game changer for us though. Aside from that, it was a quiet, clean hotel with nice views. If that's all you need, this is your place. Plus, staff was very friendly.
