Will not stay here again

Location was not good- actually a little scary. Police car presence made us wonder if it was safe. After midnight someone kept knocking at our door and when we finally went to see who it was, they just stared like they didn’t know what to say. I don’t think they spoke English.

We will not stay here again- did not feel safe. Price was way too high for what we got and the room was very small. No coffee pot in the room at all. I think because of it being a Notre Dame weekend we couldn’t get any other room that was a reasonable price.

decent hotel, clean, but extras not so impressive

the included breakfast was terrible. Eggs were inedible. No condiments. No hot sauce, no ketchup, no sugar, no salt or pepper. Kinda ridiculous!

Advertised breakfast but mainly cereal n toast.did have some sausage links n a small waffle maker. Fruit would of been nice. But over all for the price of motel this is to be expected anymore at hotels Liked the bigger room frig with freezer!!

The pricing compared to other hotels close to Notre Dame.

Kinda smelly, 8 out of 10 on cleanliness, hair dryer stopped working and missed a coffee maker in the room, also had to travel to another floor for ice.

Inexpensive stay at clean hotel and SUPER CUSTOMER SERVICE

We traveled from Nebraska towards Ohio, just too tired to continue for the night. When I checked in, an extremely polite and very happy man (Indian) took care of my check in. He was such a sweet happy person, made my evening cause I was tired and irritable. I was in a hurry to get something to eat, so I left before I signed my receipt. He came out to our truck as we were ready to pull out for dinner - apologized like it was his fault. He made us laugh, and we needed that after driving all day. I signed, all good. He was so willing to knock on our door for a wake up call too. This man was amazing service and customer service - he needs a RAISE! If we travel I80/90 again, this will be the place we stop at.

There was absolutely nothing wrong with our stay. The man that took care of us, knew what he was doing and did it expediently and helped curb my irritability with his super kindness and helpfulness. Awesome guy!!!

Staff was rude and did not speak good English. He would not listen that we had already extended our stay and he want to be paid twice a real problem. Finally had to show confirm number before he would listen.

The price was fair for the room and the staff was very wonderful.

The A/C didn’t work and it was humid in the entire building. The breakfast was non-existent. Some sausages in a hot pan and white bread in ziplocks.

Room smelled of cigarette/cigar smoke! Changed booking from 4 day to 2 day because of multiple bed bug bites on my body!!!! Room air conditioner had filthy air vents and filter. Appliances were old and yellowed color from their age. You get what you pay for with this low priced hotel! Won’t ever stay at a Super 8 hotel again!!!!!!

Despite being pet-friendly and having made a reservation in advance after traveling 700 miles I was told no pet-friendly rooms were available. WHY DOESN'T BOOKING.COM CONFIRM THAT SUCH A ROOM IS AVAILABLE???

Our pet friendly room.smelled horrible. We asked to remop the floors ourselves. We also saw 4 cockroaches one night and 6 the following..we Saud something to the front desk buy they didn't acknowledge it.
