Nothing there was toe nails in the bed showing they did not change the sheets and on top of that it was the second room we were placed In because the first one smelled like mold and the second one wasn’t any better.

It was very dirty. The guys who were running the front desk were also the ones in charge of cleaning. Mind you the maintenance man also helped change my bedding. Had my bedding changed due to stains just for the “clean” bedding to also have stains. The toilet was not cleaned and there was poop on the walls. Trash and nasty stuff all over the floor. It reeked of weed and cigarettes.

The nighttime manager was polite.

The floors were sticky and gross. Overall dirty, not swept or mopped. Had to re-wash my feet before putting on my socks and shoes. Plaster was falling out of ceiling. Bed was extremely uncomfortable.

The bed was so uncomfortable, the lights are on a motion sensor every time you move the lights comes on. Worst hotel ever. Had three days booked, checked out after one. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

No pool as shown. Wrong number of beds when we got there. Dirty/hairy toilet and shower. 2 towels for a family of four. The breakfast area/ chairs were dirty. Beds squeaked. Bedding was super thin and cheap.

Honestly I loved the entry from the outside balcony! It was perfect for my son and I for his baseball tournament in a pinch!

The location of the room was not handicap accessible as it's difficult for me to walk. My request wasn't even taken into consideration when I booked the room. Parking was absolutely awful. I was very upset and disappointed as well as my husband. Also we had to ask for bath towels for our room because there were none available.

I liked the location, the staff was friendly and very easy to talk with and get along with. They knew my circumstances and helped with deals and taking some off to help me which I really appreciated

I had to switch rooms because there was no hot water in one of them, the room we ended up with had fair hot water. Didn’t get hot enough but wasn’t cold so it was okay. I hate how thin the floors and walls are and also I was there for 2 ish weeks and the vending machines didn’t work, and the laundry is $2.50 A LOAD and it doesn’t even wash or dry right 😭

Requested a cot as well but weren’t provided one because we were on the 2nd floor. The chair in the room had seen better days,the fridge in the room hadn’t been defrosted in quite some time and the plug to the microwave was missing the grounding plug.

I didn't like anything about this facility the living conditions were horrible the bath towels had dirt stains on them the floors were dirty and filthy the room had a musty odor smell . I will never ever stay there ever again and I will never recommend this place to anyone and I'm very disappointed this was advertised as a 4⭐ Hotel this place should not be considered a hotel at all I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! And I wish I could have my money refunded

Very Very disappointed.

I didnt like anything about my stay, it was uncomfortable, the air conditioning unit was very poor working conditions, made the room hot, barely cooled.

Poor Room conditions, shower was dirty, pipes broken in bathroom coming out of the wall, cracks in the walls, just a very poor experience and I probably will not ever book a room there again. Not impressed at all.

Just a room, nothing fancy, should not be charging a pet fee on each dog, each night.

The location was difficult to get to as it is on a service road beside a main hwy that does not have any direct access to the hotel. But in relation to restaurants and other businesses it was convenient. I had a dog with me and loved no carpet in my room to worry about. There was a fridge and microwave in the room.

At checking the dining area was being used as the laundry sorting area.Every surface was covered with towels. I did not partake in any dining experience that was used as such a dual purpose area. That really bothered me. The grass was very long and needed mowed. And the office for the hotel was moved to a second building that was not well marked and had no reserved Checkin parking, so you had to walk in between parked cars to checkin and carry luggage to your rooms. The parking lot was in need of repair as well as the sidewalks.

Poor

The people next door were outside my front door until 3:30 AM making a lot of noise. They even had drumsticks drumming on the railing. I was traveling alone and they saw me drive up so I did not call the office for fear of reprisals. I thought with their closed circuit tv the management would make them go inside. They never showed up. Miserable night.
