The stay was really nice. My only complaint was we had dirty dishes in the dishwasher in our room. Other than that no complaints.

I left my bag and belt. The day after check-out, I called and emailed this hotel, but I got no reply.(even though I checked their reciept confirmation.) When I visited here again, they were busy to handle internet connection troubles. They didn't care about my lost. I couldn't understand why they didn't find my lost. I clearly let them know the location where I put them. I lost my underwears and GUCCI belt. Due to the internet trouble, I wasted my datas as well. Terriblely unsatisfied stay experience.

Had trouble checking in. Old pizza box found under the sink. Pool was very cold. No paper towels in the holder. Only enough toilet paper for one use, and the same for the Kleenex. The breakfast was not very well laid out. It had very little to choose from that was fresh and not prepackaged and frozen. It wasn’t kept stocked and I had to ask for things that should have been available. For the money that I spent to stay there I wasn’t impressed with what we received. Our view out our window was of an unkept pond with a wire reel in it. I stayed at another property next to this one a few weeks before this and was much happier there. It was also much more affordable.

This was hard to review as it is a brand new hotel (opened 4 days ago). It needed a few more days to wrap it up perfectly. There was construction debris and dust and a punch list of items in our room and the hotel that needed completed. Breakfast was nice and the fitness center was great. Pool was not open yet. Hilton also has a new system so ai was charged by both Hotels.com and Hilton. Was within 10 minutes of Championship Park.
