Unfortunately my booking was somehow duplicated, so I was charged twice for my first night. Because the staff had been so kind, I felt confident that this would be rectified. Not only was management uninterested in offering any explanation for this strange mistake, they were strangely rude, walking away while we were still wondering what to do and even accusing us of trying to get away with something when I had just lost over $100 for no explicable reason. Brad and Catherine do not care about guest experience, only their bottom line.
It’s truly unfortunate when the folks being paid the least are the kindest on the team. The GM Brad and Front Office Manager Catherin were impressively uninterested in making sure our stay had gone well, including shutting down entirely when we asked what we could do about having lost money on a double booking they weren’t willing to figure out. Brad mentioned selling out that night, and I would not be surprised if they duplicated my booking themselves so they could get their full-house incentives.
