My wife and I stayed a night and were blown away by how nice our stay was. Staying right on the beach at this price cannot be beat. The hotel and staff were wonderful. we loved the classic old school feel and touches. You can feel the history and charm

Acquired a “room” for two nights on Agoda. Was beyond excited to see, in person, the Grand Suite that came for the price! Beautifully historic with a great happy hour and breakfast. The location in the beach cannot be beat!! Staff is very friendly. What a great stay!

The front desk staff was literally the worst I’ve ever encountered. Even asking for a towel for one of the register guests was a problem. Reading documents before signing was a problem. Oh, and there was a wedding & reception there apparently. So we had insanely loud music & a DJ to deal with until 11:00pm. We were not notified of this until we checked in. We came up to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary, but would have had a much more pleasant & restful evening staying in our own home. The rude staff was absolutely mind blowing, especially considering it was the person at the front desk. I wouldn’t come back here if it was free or if you paid me. I’d give it 0 stars if that was an option.
