Our first stay at a Margaritaville property. Very simple hotel with medium size pool on the boardwalk. Very hot weather led to condensation issues with associated mold in the upstairs bar.

Very name driven. Rooms are okay beds are comfortable.. pool very small. Air-conditioning not working in the restaurant when we were there.. great karaoke on Thursday nights.

The hotel is beautiful. Staff is wonderful. The only issue I had was with Agoda. I experienced a delay with my flight. I asked for an extra day for the amount I paid. Or if an extra day can be given due to flight not coming in until the next morning. I was advised by Agoda representative No accommodations. I didn’t the policy that booking was unrefundable. Anything can happen -and I believe a person should be able to get there money back exspecially for unsudden circumstances.

We recently booked a room here for an overnight stay to breakup our travel. When you first pull up you see “valet only” and for us it would have been $37, a truck. We asked is there another option that isn’t valet, thankfully there was, off site parking. Thankfully it was a Wednesday otherwise the parking would have been an hourly rate nearby. The lobby of the hotel and decor is great, no complaints. The cleanliness of the room needed a bit more attention. The shower was wet when we checked in, but didn’t seem to have been throughly cleaned, maybe just rinsed. Where our room we located we kept getting a whiff of the dumpster below, that wasn’t pleasant. The view from the lobby floor to the ocean beautiful, I think if the rooms have a bit more TLC it would be much better!
