My partner and I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was close by. We really enjoyed our time and appreciated the excellent service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

I stayed at Margaritaville Jacksonville Beach last summer and had such a great experience that I decided to come back this year. Unfortunately, this stay was completely different.
When I checked into my original room, the bathroom was not clean. There was buildup and soap scum on the shower fixtures, dirty grout, toothpaste on the makeup mirror, spots on the bathroom floor that looked like it hadn’t been mopped, and I found hair in several places, including the shower, behind the sink faucet, and in the soap dish. It was obvious the bathroom had not been cleaned thoroughly before I arrived.
The situation became even more upsetting when a man walked into my room the next morning without knocking. I had no idea who he was, and neither did the front desk. They told me there was nothing in their system showing that anyone should have been entering my room, and they were unable to tell me who the man was or why he entered. That was very unsettling and made me feel unsafe.
To me, this points to a management problem. Housekeeping should not be sending guests into rooms that are not properly cleaned. Guests shouldn’t have to wait all day because there aren’t enough washcloths. And when a guest reports that an unknown person walked into their room, management should take the situation seriously and follow up with the guest. I was told Brittany, the manager, would contact me, but during my five-night stay, I never received a phone call, email, or visit. I even emailed her myself and never received a response.
I really wanted this stay to be as enjoyable as my visit last year because I truly loved this hotel before. While I appreciate the front desk moving me to a cleaner room and maintenance responding quickly to the air conditioner, the overall experience was disappointing, especially for a hotel at this price point.
