Awesome Stay Awesome Staff Great Breakfast

The airport shuttle it was actually working fine and on time it was amazing to have a hotel that honors what they promise shuttle runs from 3:20 am onward until last fights get into Bentonville drivers were friendly and on time. The room was clean the hotel was clean and believe it or not breakfast /coffee out by about 4 am so you can grab something before you catch your shuttle. We stayed at a D T Hilton coming into Bentonville arrived about 11:30 PM since flight delayed called hotel for the shuttle told no shuttle on Sunday none till maybe next day , there were no Uber or Lyft and people were lined up stranded we had to rent a vehicle that was extremely expensive with zero choice or price choice incurring huge cost almost $900 dollars . In the future I will always stay at this Wyndham it was everything I needed and was above my expectations for an airport hotel. My Hilton Honors did nothing for me except strand me without the promised shuttle.

Nothing everything perfect for flying to and from airport. Breakfast was great and served to accommodate people catching early flights and a shuttle that actual runs as promised Macy was so nice the registration people and Breakfast staff the best.

Great location with friendly staff.

We arrived on Christmas night and the staff were very friendly to my family!! We had an early flight in the morning so we did not see any further staff after our check-in. The rooms were what we expected and everything seemed clean.

The staff was very friendly! The front desk was very friendly. All of the cleaning people were quite friendly and helpful. They all made a point to say hello and have a great day ! Great location. Nice breakfast and staff was very attentive to cleaning and filling it. Gym was nice. We had forgot something in the room and the front desk got it for us and held it until my son could go pick it up. That was very nice of them.

We were very disappointed that the pool area was closed and has been closed for quite some time. This is not noted on the website. Was Really looking forward to some pool time so it was a disappointment. Could use some updates.room 433 Our fan was literally taken out of our bathroom, which was not great. Wires were hanging out of our heater in the room. Some windows were cracked and had tape over them. Could use some paint in some areas. Only one elevator worked.

The hotel could have been amazing! But... the wi-fi was not working, and the pool and hot tub were closed for painting. No wi-fi is a deal breaker for most hotels, but this hotel was amazing for its location and complementary shuttle service to the airport. The breakfast was great too.

Not having access to the pool and hot tub was just unlucky, though the hotel should have given notice that it would be down for maintenance. Not having wi-fi is awful though.

The staff went out of their way to ensure this was an excellent stay. I needed to extend my stay and they were again, very helpful at each step.

It offered breakfast and was in a peaceful location. The front desk clerk helped change our room to one with a bathtub.

The pool and hot tub were closed. The elevators broke down the second night we were there. We were on the fourth floor. They didn’t keep up with the Sunday morning breakfast. Things didn’t get replenished or were out of date and stale.

The breakfast was pretty good and they had a decent amount of options. I like that they have full bottles of dove products in the bathroom. Even though it is close to an airport, you really can’t hear the plane noise.

I will not be saying here again

Location

The rooms were in bad shape. The floors were peeling up the a/c was rattling so bad it woke us up. The tub looked moldy it was so rusted. The soap/shampoo dispensers were covered in black rust The pool was not available and we didn’t know that till we got there. I asked for pillows 3 different times and each time was told there were no extra pillows which seems crazy at a hotel.

This hotel has serious deferred maintenance. At checkout, my group with several rooms had a long list of problems with rooms from entry locks and toilet doors that don't close to high humidity to vinyl plank flooring ungluing creating a trip hazard.

Room was clean and breakfast was nice.

Bathroom and closet doors looked moldy and gross. Our key stopped working halfway through the stay which was annoying because nobody was up front to help us. I called and asked if ESA was exempt from pet fees and they told me yes, when I arrived to the property they told me that they were still charging me regardless of her paperwork.

It's very convenient to the airport. They have the option to leave your car at the hotel for a reasonable price and to take their shuttle to catch your flight. Since the airport is under construction, this is a great help. It's wonderful that they have an elevator for people who are unable to walk up steps. I also feel safer because the rooms are indoor access. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable.

I usually don't have access to the breakfast because I take an early flight. It would be great if there was some type of grab and go sack for the people who have to catch the shuttle at 0430.

What else could possibly be wrong with this place!

The breakfast was good.

We had a next-door neighbor played their tv very loud even after midnight. When we called the main desk to complain, they didn't answer after two attemps of 10 minutes each time. .my wife had to get dressed and go down to the desk to complain. The night manager said the phone never rang. Probably not , because the ringer was turned off. I guess thats one way of not hearing any complaints. She eventually got the neighbor to lower the tv sound but we still could hear it. Unless the VERY loud air conditioning was going off. The ice machine on our floor, and several other floors was not working. One of the elevators was also not working. The stay was on the first day of summer and the pool and hot tub were closed to public and guest access. When I asked for a receipt for our room stay, you would have thought the guy was insulted. I got a grunt and an okay. He never asked about our stay or if we needed anything. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to any guests.

The property condition was a little poor. Our bathroom door didn’t fit in the frame properly and you had to yank it open. It was room 416.
