Panoramic apartment on the first floor in a villa with garden overlooking the sea, with wonderful terrace and veranda with views over the Gulf, from Capo Figari the islands of Tavolara and Figarolo and Capo Ceraso, barbecue on the terrace, broad and original stay on more 'levels with ceiling decorated with ancient juniper trunks, kitchen, master bedroom with balcony, panoramic windows and a bathroom with shower, another double bedroom, bedroom with two bunk beds, another bathroom with shower and washing machine, access to exclusive external staircase, shaded parking, outdoor shower in the garden, access to the sea directly from the garden of the villa.Linen is not included and can be rented separately as long as requested at the time of booking or well in advance of the start of the holiday. The price for renting linen (sheets and towels) is €18 per person for each set supplied

The apartment is located in a quiet, residential neighbourhood, with a small, but lovely beach next door, which is perfect to cool off at the end of a hot day.
We absolutely enjoyed the terrace, where we sat most of the time while at home and enjoyed the beautifully view over the blue bay and beyond.
Luciana was very responsive and helpful with all our questions and the check-in was smooth and easy.
I highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Sardinia!

De woning ligt fantastisch. Het uitzicht is fenomenaal en het strand ernaast is een extra bonus. De woning zelf is groot en voldoet aan alle wensen, maar er zijn ook wat kritieke puntjes: De in- en uitcheck is volledig in het Italiaans, we konden niet goed met elkaar communiceren. Dat was lastig, maar ook wel weer heel Italiaans. Goede keuken, met oven en grote koelkast!
Maar de deur van de masterslaapkamer kan niet goed open, de stoelen op het balkon waren allemaal stuk. We kregen wel direct na het melden nieuwe, maar ook dat waren gammele stoeltjes. We hebben het echt gemist dat we lekker op het balkon konden zitten. Terwijl dat juist de mooiste plek van de woning is. De parasols waren stuk. Gordijnen in de slaapkamers sluiten niet, en de zon komt op aan de kant van de slaapkamers, dus elke ochtend wordt je vroeg wakker. Bij regen komt het aan de voorkant binnen en de boiler voor de douche lijkt wat klein voor 8 personen.
Bedden zijn wel prima, douche ook, dus het zijn echt maar kleine puntjes! Het verblijf was al met al heerlijk en het uitzicht en de ligging maakt veel goed!
