A three-bedroom house in a quiet area.

Communication with the owner was quite rigid. His attitude is not hospitable. We have not received detailed and precise information about the check-in procedure. We had the unpleasant surprise of waiting two hours in front of the accommodation, because no one was present to welcome us or give us information. The staff does not speak English. The WiFi password is misspelled in an information folder; we had to ask for details after several attempts to connect. Cleaning is carried out in a poor way, the joinery in some rooms requires repairs, the doors and windows do not close properly, and an unpleasant smell persists upstairs and in the kitchen. At checkout, he suggested if we had any recycling garbage we could take it to the collection center, suggesting an address.👎

Le logement est spacieux pour une famille de 9 personnes. Places de parking devant la maison disponibles. On peut se rendre rapidement à la plage ou au niveau de l'esplanade à pieds. Fabrizio le propriétaire est très disponible car répond très rapidement à nos demandes. Séjour très agréable, pas trop de touristes en ce début avril.

the property lacked the basics for the comforts of travellers. Be prepared to bring your own linens and towels as they are not provided. beds do not come made, expectation is that visitors pay for the use of towels and bed linens separately on a per person basis. Same principal applies for the heating, a per diem rate is required. in spite of the warmth during the day the house was cold at night making it uncomfortable 😳 The staff, or at least the representative was very kind and understanding and did her best to mediate between ourselves and the host. unfortunately the host has no concept of travellers needs for short stay visits. Bring your own everything !
