Casa Baia Caddinas offers a quiet and unforgettable holiday.
The house, fifty meters from the sea of Baia Caddinas (Golfo Aranci), boasts a large terrace and a beautiful garden with myrtle and olive trees and is the perfect place to enjoy the sea.
The house has recently been completely refurbished and comfortable sleeps ten. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds each. The third bedroom has 2 bunk beds and sleeps four, another big room downstairs, at garden level, sleeps four. There are 3 beautiful bathrooms, the lounge is open plan with sofa and chairs, the new fitted kitchen has everything you might need.
Every room has a French window and in a second you are outside, in the garden or on the terrace.
The terrace is large, partially covered with a long table, chairs, sofa and armchairs. The garden is full of trees (olive, myrtle, lentischio), shrubs, jasmine and bougainville.
There is a brick barbecue, a shower outside, an ample car parking space to the side of the house.

We had a lovely holiday at this beautiful house.
The contact with Elena was superb and also the help by Stefania that greeted us and showed us around the house was also very good!
The neighbourhood is really beautiful and close to the beautiful beaches. The only downside is the distance to bigger supermarkets we would advice anyone going to rent a car.
Overall a really nice vacation!

The house was clean, well equipped and has a decent styling and quality furniture. The garden was in good condition and the whole neighbourhood was covered in blossom (stayed in June). It was actually much nices than we expected!
We stayed with 4 adults and 4 kids. The adults split on two ground floor bedrooms and the 4 kids were sleeping in the room with four beds. We didn't use the room in the basement.
The kitchen opens to the terrace where you have enough space for everyone. There also are no dangerous spots on the estate which allowed us to leave our young kids running around without being worried at all.
The contact to the owner was very friendly and professional at all times.

Fin da subito la signora Franca si è rivelata del tutto disponibile per quanto riguarda le procedure di check-in. Ci è stata consegnata una casa pulita e in ordine, dotata di tutti gli accessori di cui si può aver bisogno (macchina del caffè, barbecue, doccia esterna, parcheggio interno…). L’ampio spazio esterno permette di passare piacevolmente il tempo in compagnia. Unica pecca per un gruppo numeroso come il nostro è stata la poca efficienza della connessione WI-FI in quanto la disponibilità era di un solo GB al giorno. Alloggio consigliato!

La mia famiglia ed io abbiamo soggiornato 11 giorni con amici (3 famiglie in tutto), 6 adulti e 4 bambini a giugno 2020.
La casa è molto accogliente e ben disposta, grazie soprattutto alla terrazza esterna dove abbiamo trascorso serate piacevolissime. Il grande barbecue (che è stato protagonista!) e il giardino ben curato fanno da contorno ad uno spazio esterno tutto da vivere.
La comunicazione con Elena è sempre stata veloce e semplice e si è dimostrata gentilissima anche nel concordare un eventuale rimborso totale qualora per motivi legati al COVID ci fosse stata negata la possibilità di arrivare in Sardegna.
La zona di Golfo Aranci è magnifica. Ci siamo spostati tutti i giorni in spiagge e mare sempre diversi ed è difficile stilare una classifica... se torneremo in zona, ci piacerebbe ripetere l'esperienza!
