Good place to stay for Rialto Theater or other Joliet area events

Great location close to the Rialto Theater, where we went to see a show. Everyone working there was exceptionally nice. Very comfortable beds and super clean.

When we went downstairs to the Starbucks inside the hotel - at 8 in the morning - stunningly obnoxious music was blasting. Terrible way to start the day.

Wonderful place to stay

The free covered parking garage was convenient. Not too far to walk to get to the hotel. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. And it had the biggest, most comfortable bathtub I’ve ever seen. The smell from the pizza restaurant on site makes its way through the whole place. It smelled amazing, and tasted even better.

I really liked the environment, all the restaurants that were open late were a plus. Were were extremely close to The Forge which was why we went.

white stain on comforter, unknown substance on it. nothing on the website or hotel information said anything about all restaurants but the grill were closed on Monday through Wednesday. So long day on the road and no decent food and no lounge to sit in and have a couple cocktails why would I ever book another stay here all

Good location. comfortable bed.

Tired. A bit grubby. No breakfast available. First 2 rooms we were given smelt badly of smoking. Room 3 was ok.

Underwhelming.

I made the "guaranteed" booking the previous day. Prior to check in, Booking dot com cancelled the booking as Harrah's don't take pre-paid debit (travellers) cards. The check-in staff mentioned that this happens a lot. Presumably because this policy isn't obvious on the website. Unfortunately, Booking dot com didn't advise me of the cancellation. Harrah's then tried to increase the rate. Caveat emptor. Overall, the place is tired, a bit dreary and lacking in quality eating places. I wouldn't rush back.

Fine Hotel and facilities but is lacking even basic dining options, and nearby is not much better.

Very nice room, large and with pretty view. Parking staff were very nice and helpful, as were the Casino staff.

The Hotel had only a 'sandwich' counter for food. The available restaurants were all closed. And unfortunately, the Hotel is located very far away from alternative restaurants (many of which were closed as well), so it was a bit of a struggle to find dinner from this location/Hotel.
