Buildings very old a d smelled very strongly of smoke no ac in the corridor no water in the pool even after incalled and asked prior to our trip. We had a e day stay and housekeeping never showed...pictures make rooms look much more updated somehow

when I arrived waws told there was 150,dollar deposit required but they didnt accept mastercard. Therefore I had to find another place to stay. will never use them again or booking .com

Paid for a “stained towel” I never used . Place mAy legally keep your security deposit of $100.00. Smelled like mold . Arkansas attorney general would be notified of there business practice.

Most of staff were rude and unfriendly. Room was disgusting and dirty. Construction started at 3am and ended at midnight. So 3 solid hours of peace and quiet.

Please understand, I've lived outside, hitchhiking everywhere. I've slept in any condition you can imagine--under bridges, straight on the dirt, in squats, shacks, and hovels, in drunkard-packed hostels--I'm not just an uptight Karen sort... But this place charges like it's a hotel, and I wasn't confident that I was gonna leave that place with all my organs intact. PLEASE take note: 1. OBJECTIVELY BAD STUFF: -not only were the few small bathing towels gently mottled with light gray stains and covered in bits of lint (not a HUGE deal to me, but okay), ALL THE TOWELS REEKED OF WOOD CLEANER/PAINT THINNER, or some other such Never-mix-with-your-bath-towels type stuff. I literally just dripped dry after my shower because my face lightly stung for a little while after I made the mistake of starting to use one before realizing "oh, that's where that smell was coming from". -NO ACCESSIBLE OUTLETS within reach of the bed OR DESK. In order to answer some emails and texts while my phone was charging, i just had to sit on the floor against the wall. -NO LAUNDRY ROOM AT ALL -Of course no breakfast of any sort -NO COFFEE MACHINE, in room or otherwise -NO CUPS, ICE, DRINKING FOUNTAIN ANYWHERE -A/C was off when I arrived late afternoon, took a few hours to pull the room temp down from mid 80s to 72 -DEAD SILENCE... EXCEPT for the one unsettling moment late evening when a staff member slowly, slowly swept down the hallway towards my door, eventually brushing the broom directly against my door several times, scraping loudly, bristles poking visibly under the unusually large gap between the foot of the door and the flooring--after which they suddenly stopped sweeping entirely, walking away in silence.

Nothing, I hated every moment of my stay once I discovered it was infested with bed bugs

My room was infested with bed bugs, I am now covered in rashes, and I'm itching horribly.

the property was run down ac was not working , I was scared to leave my car in parking , the room had blood on the bathroom walls ,room smelled ,bed had bedbugs
