It was understaffed, but the staff that was there was very kind and welcoming and accommodating.
I think the beds were extremely old. There was stains everywhere in the room. The furniture was very old. Everything just seemed old and outdated. The restaurant inside the facility was not even open.

Needs updating, noisy, and not worth the money.
The location is ideal for walking to shops and getting coffee.
Warning: if you get any rooms near the ballrooms and outdoor gathering area you will get noise for hours. I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times and this will probably be our last. The hotel is date, beds are too hard, no closet in the ADA room, bathroom tiles need a good cleaning, scuff marks on the walls. We were fortunate to hear the couple next door talking extremely loud about their dysfunctional relationship and how she wanted to stay with him but he wasn’t having it. Two nights in a row. Walls are thin.
