Needs updating, noisy, and not worth the money.

The location is ideal for walking to shops and getting coffee.

Warning: if you get any rooms near the ballrooms and outdoor gathering area you will get noise for hours. I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times and this will probably be our last. The hotel is date, beds are too hard, no closet in the ADA room, bathroom tiles need a good cleaning, scuff marks on the walls. We were fortunate to hear the couple next door talking extremely loud about their dysfunctional relationship and how she wanted to stay with him but he wasn’t having it. Two nights in a row. Walls are thin.

Easy access to Los Gatos

Extremely loud air conditioner made it impossible to sleep. Rather old property in need of a glow up. My preferences are modern sleek interiors so I am a bit biased towards "historical" hotels.

It’s ok but overpriced

The location is great, just at the end of downtown

It is a bit shabby, behind in the maintenance. The rooms are very plain and not well thought out. Not enough towels or towel racks, no plugs near the bed to charge. Everything seems cheaply done.

Overall good except ice machines. My 2nd stay in which this was an issue.

The hotel is always clean. Staff professional and friendly.

You have got to update the old ice machines. They produce limited ice and in AM produce no ice.

Comfortable Pet-Friendly Hotel and an Easy Walk to Downtown Los Gatos.

We were traveling with two small dogs. The room set up was very good. Very good access on the ground floor for dog walking and garage. The area was quiet but an easy walk to cafes and variety of restaurants. Los Gatos seems to be very dog friendly.

Toll House could use a some routine decor upgrade (bathrooms, paint, rugs, etc.). Security in the underground parking garage didn't seem very good.

Toll House cares about their customers and listens when you have a concern.

Check-in was very nice. You are greeted with a smile and offered some wine or cookies upon your arrival, which is a welcome touch after traveling. Breakfast was very minimal (coffee/tea, packaged pastry and fruit), but nice that something was offered to get you on your way out the door.

One of the two indoor treadmills was out of service, but I let the hotel know about it.
