Amazing location downtown Los Gatos with walking distance to MANY coffee shops and excellent eateries. Older but well-kept giving a feeling of nostalgia about the early days in Los Gatos. Keurig beverage machine in room and decent coffee & tea pods. Free hot beverages in office lobby. Free parking Pet friendly property. Secure lodgings with extensive & pleasant patio / outside area. Quaint and quiet. Great staff / owners

We liked everything enough to stay again,but would bring our own pillows.
It was very charming. The older design of the interior was a pleasant surprise. There were plenty of towels and wash cloths of excellent quality. Everything was very clean.
The mattress was lumpy and there weren’t enough good quality pillows. While it was a charming interior, the window covering was incredibly dated. The covering for the bed was very outdated. Also, there was a long bed white truck parked in the lot that stuck out so far it was difficult to drive around it as it had taken the end space next to the driveway. Very dangerous.

A great location and dog tolerant, but dirty and too loud to sleep with too small a bed.
We had to check in after the front office closed, but Spencer on the night phone line was extremely helpful, and the front desk was quick and hospitable in the morning.
Booked an executive suite in which the bed was advertised as a queen, but is Instead a full size and too small an short for me at over 6 feet tall. Window curtains had insects on them we had to kill before going to bed. Housekeeping came at 9:45 on Christmas morning insisting we had to check out so they could clean the room, but checkout is at 11:00. Landscaping started early in the morning at 8:30 on Christmas Day with leaf blowers immediately outside the rooms in the rose garden. Walls are paper thin and we could hear every phone call, conversation and bowel movement in the room next door. Kitchen supplies and coffee maker were filthy and unusable.

I had a comfortable stay but was underwhelmed with the property.
The location is excellent for enjoying the town of Los Gatos. There is much to walk to closely.
This is a motel, not a hotel. It was listed as a 4 star hotel but rates more like a 3 star motel. Rooms were clean but showed wear and tear in many places (chipped tile, baseboard, stained mirrors). Bedding was old and not comfortable. Parking was included but very tight. Street noise was loud. Lobby was only open 11-9:00pm. Coffee in room was good but no breakfast.
