Clean, friendly, great location and lots of amenities

very nice staff and a very comfortable clean room with a balcony.

Everything was great. Very nice and helpful staff. Let us check in early which was very helpful. Had to drive quite a way to a class reunion. I would stay at the hotel again. Thank you!

Greeat place and location

Quick and friendly check in. Hotel seemed very quiet for a weekend Bar was not open at 4 Room was spacious, plain and clean ADA bathroom was huge and easy to maneuver. Garage was spacious and pretty empty

Bedroom was pretty dirty, lots of dust, splashes on mirrors, our room was not cleaned or replenished on second day. Large bedrooms with new carpets and fittings, however hallways smelt like wet carpet. We complained, nice receptionist gave us fresh towels etc but did not resolve our grievances. Stayed in better motels to be honest. Attached restaurant and bar closes at 9pm so no food or beverage offerings after that, despite being marketed as a tavern. Location is great, parking, and recharging your car but at this s price I could not recommend.

We were there only one night so that we could attend a family event. It satisfied our need for a clean well located and safe Room.

Rooms are very small older hotel that has had some remodeling done. charged a resort fee but the bar was closed there was no restaurant (they say they have dinner service but we were there at 6pm no dinner noted) First night there bar had a private party of about 20 people but the whole bar area was inaccessible the courtyard was closed no breakfast coffee and apples! just what was the resort fee for???

Bar and restaurant were never open. Place needs a complete update. Location and lack of other options is saving hotel.

Great location downtown. Love the outdoor courtyard common area. Free parking is always nice and 10+ EV chargers.

Everything was awesome

Clean room, half bottle of wine given at check-in, room unit for heat/air conditioner was efficient and not loud, comfortable bed and pillows, Loved the outdoor gym.

Loved the hotel and enjoyed sitting out on the deck off my room.

I have stayed at this hotel many times but 3 weeks ago, when staying there for 4 nights, we endured and reported our experience and it fell on deaf ears. The hotel was hosting to very loud activities on a Friday night AND Saturday night. Our room was just off the front lobby and these groups of people were so obnoxiously loud that my husband finally went to the front desk wearing his pjs asking for assistance. The guy said he was just getting ready to get off but he would say something, he did NOT. The following night, same scenario! My husband finally went to talk to the people gathered outside just two doors down. Clueless! I get it, they were most likely drunk but there’s no way the hotel employees couldn’t hear them and should have acted on the behalf the other guests! Upon check out we recapped our less than nice experience with the front desk and there was an “I’m sorry you had a bad experience” but nothing beyond that. I was hoping for a manager to reach out but still nothing. I decided to write an honest review. Toll House should have offered much better guest service.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel properly overall was very nice and in very close proximity to restaurants, shopping and nightlife. We will stay again.

It’s old hotel, not clean. Needed to use my sandals to take a shower and walk around the room.

The hotel overall was nice and clean and front desk service was excellent. However, our room wasn’t cleaned for 2 days even though it was available for cleaning. Also there’s no restaurant on property, so food options are limited.

Great place we stay here every Labor Day

The property was clean and located centrally in the city. There was plenty of restaurants and eating options. I had a great time walking the city with my puppies.

Booked double queen room for family of 4. Checked in and that room was not available as it was oversold. Placed in a single king room with fold out couch and roll away. Fold out couch has disgusting stain on the mattress. Asked for another roll away. “Sorry, we are out of roll aways.” All of this at 11pm. Total disaster. Front host did the best she could and was friendly.

It was okay

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is great, right in downtown with many shops and restaurants. The room is well appointed with a split bathroom. The only annoyance was the a/c unit. Loud and the cold air blasts directly on the bed.

Great place with easy access to downtown.
