I like the cleanliness of the room and the presentation as well as the environment the staff was super friendly and helpful.
The food wasn’t bad but was alright and could’ve been better and the amenities such as the tv cable and streaming as well were not the best.

The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The rooms were well organized with convenient amenities like a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was great—close to the beach, downtown Santa Cruz, and many restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was also a nice bonus with good options to start the day.
Parking was a little limited, and it can get tight during busy hours. Other than that, the stay was overall very pleasant.

Our overnight stay was great. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. By far the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. Keep up the great work Holiday Inn Express.
The only 2 complaints I had for our particular room was the bathroom fan was very loud and the bed was very noisy. Anytime you moved it creaked and was very loud. The mattress could have been better.
