    The resort itself was phenomenal. The weather was perfect. Not crowded at all. But the neighbors were horrible.

    The hotel is decent. Nicely located at the end and away from the congestion on the strip. The hotel is separated into a few different buildings/towers. When you book your room really try to pay attention to which one it’s in because of that definitely makes a difference. One of the buildings is fully detached and far far older and less maintained. This hotel was among the cheaper of the resorts we could find along the strep and the price definitely matched the experience. A few things.: The main entrance door to our hotel room did not shut all the way. It was missing some locking components in the deadbolt basically just twisted into the door frame, and there was a lot of movement between the door. You could literally see the outside hallway through the crack in our door. I brought this to the attention of the front desk and she downplayed the entire thing and was adamant that I should not be concerned about it. And I did finally get her to submit a request for somebody to look at it. However, I was there for 10 days and nobody came to look at it so we just dealt with a door that you could see the hallway through and that is what it is I guess. Not sure what the standard is on maintenance, empty, and garbage changing towels, so on and so forth… But our garbage bin was only emptied once in our 10 day visit. We had a full kitchen and they were nice enough to give you pots and pans, dishes, cups, all that stuff. However, there’s no dishwasher and there is a note above the sink that says they charge you for any dirty dishes. With that being said, they also do not provide you with any means to clean the dishes so if you plan on using the kitchen, you better plan on also buying all the things that go with a kitchen. We had a small child with us and we’re excited to use the kid pool area and other children amenities. But did not get the opportunity as those were usually flooded with teenagers or just all around misbehaving unsupervised children as a whole. A lot going on at all times, but that is to be expected, being a resort I guess. However, if you’re looking for more of a mellow laid-back vacation, I would not recommend this place. They had an MC with a microphone and a tip bucket walking around all day every day, yelling, and blasting music. Again can be fun, but just throwing that out there for anybody who’s looking for a mellow atmosphere. You won’t find that here. Again, you’re getting what you pay for… with that being said the crowd and other guest that come with that were not the best. I just wanted to provide some detailed experiences from my recent trip. So not a bad place overall if you’re looking for a nice mix of resort and budget. But if you’re willing to spend a little bit more than I absolutely suggest going somewhere else. And this is just a random sidenote, but all of the stairwells in that building smelled like the elephant exhibit at the zoo
