The rooms was nasty that is actually the shower that we was put in the first time .They moved us to a ocean view the room had roaches in it and the bed spread was dirty we kept calling to the front desk just to let them know we had people by side us or either on top of us party until 4 am in the morning .God up the next morning at 7am to go back home only for the front desk manager to tell us she can only give us our 40 dollars back for resort fee and that by us booking through a third party we have to get our money from them .Call agoda they could only refund is 50 back the room was so unpleasant I wouldn’t even let my dog sleep there if I could I will never go back to this hotel again even the staff stated that the housekeepers that they have they do not clean good at all .My question is close it down then if you guys going to make people spend that much of money to not feel clean and to have a peaceful night

Overall nice place for the money. Keep look out for small print of cleaning fee and property fee. We didn’t have anyone come clean while we were there but had to pay a $139 cleaning fee at checkin. Other than that nice location and several amenities.

Our trip was Thurs-Sun and we had a fun time. My only concern was the area under and around the A/C. If that gets fixed it would make it a better stay cause we killed several insects coming from that area. Other than that, nothing else was wrong

Room wasnt ready until 430. Bc of cleaning…. The room overall was on 3 on the scale 1-10 in cleanliness. Our feet were black with in minutes of being in the room. The towel pictured was from me “mopping” the floor the best i could. There was stuff smeared all over the walls and Murphy bed. The top of the fridge looked like it hadn’t been dusted in months. Tony fruit flies or gnats all over the room and ceilings. I’ve never stayed somewhere the floors constantly were puddled from condensation. The shower i will say was clean and nice! But the baseboards and walls were so disgusting. I swept again before i left today in hopes the floor won’t be as nasty for the next folks.
