It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very nice which included everything from hot options to yogurt and blueberry muffins. I am very particular about where I stay because I want a clean, quiet and comfortable place to sleep and this delivered. The linens were clean and I even checked under the sheets and the beds are mattress protected. I would definitely recommend.

Staffs are really nice and attentive to requests and concerns. There was some issues with the room but were taken care of in a timely manner. Was offered a room change but declined because we already settled in. They re-cleaned bathrooms and unclog a toilet that my child clogged. Also, re-vacuumed the carpets. Brought us snacks and drinks for apology. We did not need snacks but I was satisfied that they did their best to fix our concerns with no attitude and was sincere about the concerns. That was a plus for me.
Prior to arriving, I was sent a message about face coverings but when I arrived the front office staff did not have a face covering; I noticed a few other staffs did not have it as well. Hand sanitizer and wipes by the elevator is not refilled. It is there to look good but not usable. Room had this damp smell when arrived. Floors were not vacuumed. Found crumbs on the floors in multiple rooms. Urine smell in the 2 beds room. There was a dried up urine hand towel thrown into a cabinet. Smoke alarm was hanging off the wall in the living room. All was reported to the front office; smoke alarm reported the day of check in and dried urinated towel reported the next morning.
