Holiday Inn Express & Suites Plano East - Richardson by IHG

The breakfast was delicious, excellent coffee. Location was convenient. But because of the convenience there was some traffic noise.

Breakfast was great, good variety. Staff was friendly and very helpful

The descriptions of the room is very misleading. Booked a room with a sleep couch, it might hold a little child but it does not pull out to be able to sleep on it. There were no sheets. Pillows or blankets for that "sleep sofa". Staff did try to make it right by giving another room. That room had a problem with the lock on the door being loose and if not careful you might get the door stuck where getting in or out is not an option. Also, the bathroom door handle was falling off everytime you touched it.

Staff was great. Requests were handled promptly (needed more towels). The facility was well maintained. Breakfast was good and the area was kept clean. I want a pancake maker like their’s!! Only negative was the gravy had the consistency of water! It tasted ok, but way too runny.

The hotel seemed fairly quiet. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was decent.

Rooms are small and could use some upgrading or deep cleaned. There was a water leak on the floor above us at some point and the ceiling was bubbled. The window seal also had pretty good water damage as well. We took the kids to the pool and there was so much chlorine, even our eyes were burnings sitting in the pool area.
