I stay here often when I need something inexpensive, reliable and close to airport.

Location and price are great. It’s basic but decent. Nice to have restaurant on site and great proximity to airport.

Hate the $14 parking fee. That was a surprise. Property could use updating. Food in restaurants is not great. I had an undrinkable margarita.

The pool and hot tub

The room, when I used the bathroom sink the water was black coming out of it and the sink didn’t drain. After I left they tried charging me multiple different times for various amounts ($24,$40,$80) and never specified what the charges were for (want to add they also gave me my accidental fee back, and I left the room in good condition)

I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I travel back to my second home in NY in the Spring.

Room was very clean and comfortable. The check in process was very quick and the staff was pleasant and helpful. Being able to have dinner at the bar downstairs was very convenient and the food was really good.

I didn't appreciate having to pay $14.00 to park my car in the hotel parking lot. It should have been disclosed when I booked the room. If there had been a parking structure with security I would have been happy to pay the parking fee. Also, the elevators were a little scary. One of them clunked a lot and made me nervous to use it.

Parking Sucks

When you check in you are charged $14 a day for parking, that is not advertised. Then when you try to park there isn't many spots even available, I think that is due to the attached bar that locals visit.

Comfortable but bare minimum

The price, the comfortable beds, although I wish the they were queens not doubles. Too small for 2 people.

Coffee. Don’t like that the coffee machines are in the bathroom. Have you not heard about poop particles. The mini fridge should be larger. You should have coffee available in the lobby, for guests. That’s a nice perk for guests. The breakfast is way too expensive especially for meat.

We loved the restaurant and bar. We enjoyed the Karaoke in the bar Friday night.

We were on the 1st floor which was 5 steps up from the lobby. There was no way to use a luggage cart to get to our rooms. Everything had to be manually carried.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Price was amazing for what you got. Room was very clean as was the lobby. We didn't have time to use the pool or other facilities so I can't rank those. Shuttle from airport was complimentary and prompt. All and all a very good experience with an excellent location. Will definitely stay there again.

Good Hotel near the airport, but they charge for parking and basic breakfast (unusual).

They accommodated my request to have a room on the top floor. They have an onsite restaurant and bar, with nightly music, and a swimming pool / hot tub that both my wife and I took advantage of. For the reasonable price, we will definitely be back. There are several other hotels within walking distance of this one, being right next to the local airport. The room was quiet. It probably could benefit from a few updates here and there, but we were very happy for the price. The bed was good, not excellent, but good. We live a couple hours away from Grand Junction but often need to go there for one reason or another and it often makes sense for us to stay overnight. I think we found our new local hotel. As long as they keep the rates at the same level, we will be coming back several times a year.

I did not like being charged to park in their parking lot. Depending on your expectations, this might not be a big issue, but it sends a bad message to the customer. I almost parked my car in the hotel lot next door just to bypass the unreasonable parking fee. I have stayed at several of the hotels in the immediate area, and this is the first time I had to pay extra just because I drove there. It is a bad policy. They have enough parking spots to accommodate all guests and being surrounded by other hotels, there are literally thousands of parking options in this part of the city. Free ones. Secondly, they must be extremely proud of their breakfast. Nothing special about it, but they, unlike most hotels in the area, charge for that as well. Because I had to check out at 5am for an appointment, I was not able to try it. Again, it feels like they are tacking on a bunch of fees here to make up for the reasonable room rate. I understand the business decision, but from a marketing perspective, it sends the wrong message to the customer and undoubtedly turns off quite a few people.

Pet friendly hotel, although there really isn’t any pet friendly areas other than a small patch of grass in the front. Highest pet fee for little to no accommodations. My room was dingy with holes in wall and kind of beat up looking room the closet doors were damaged and the mattress was so old and uncomfortable. Wouldn’t not stay here again.

Location was ok

They charged us $14 just to park in their lot, which felt like a scam. The hallways reeked of pot, and the whole place felt like it hadn’t been updated since the late 80s — and not in a nostalgic or charming way. It was dingy, tired, and uncomfortable. The final straw was finding a pee stain on the bed. When we brought it up, the staff didn’t even act surprised, which tells me this probably isn’t the first time they’ve heard that complaint. They refunded our money, which we appreciated, but honestly, that should’ve never happened in the first place. Do yourself a favor and stay literally anywhere else. Don’t go here.

Location to the freeway as a stop off on our trip! Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Elevator sounded like it wouldn’t make it to our floor. The two restaurants were subpar with employees who were not even knowledgeable about the menu.Breakfast was to open at 6:30 but when we arrived we were told nothing would be ready to serve till 7am We had to be on the road by then so we ate elsewhere.

The staff at the hotel were all very pleasant and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size. I didn’t eat at the restaurants, but it can be nice to have them onsite.

The room had a weird smell and wasn’t totally clean. The hotel could use an update as the facilities seem a bit dated and run down. They also charge $14 per day for parking, which I didn’t see mentioned anywhere on the site.

Because of unpleasant checking in, it shadowed our entire staying.

Location was good for us, and quiet.

The hotel is rather old with low ceiling. Air conditioning blows straight towards the bed, so you are in constant draft. Another thing more serious is an incident when checking in; the employee asked for my passport, and shortly later my credit card to, and that was all normal procedure. Then I had a discussion about parking the car, and decided to not park it on the hotel’s property, to save 14$. Then the employee asks me to insert my credit card to a device to cover possible damage etc. And I say, “you have my card” employee; “no I don’t” me, looking in my wallet: “I don’t have it, I handed it over to you, it must be there somewhere”. employee: “no I don’t have it, it is not here” and looks for it on her desk, hands me my passport. As I take the passport it opens on last page and there is my credit card !! “why did you say you didn’t have it?” employee: “I did not, I never asked for your credit card I am checking in million people” ( angry and tired? ) Me: “really! million people, did you say that ?” ( and I asked her to repeat the number two more times and she got upset and said another employee would finish the check in. My wife standing just behind and was shocked when she heard the credit card was lost and astonished when the employee left. We got a chance to rapport that incident with the manager the morning after. I thought it was an opportunity for the staff to improve their performance, but no, she tried to talk my under, finally when my wife, calmly wrapped up the situation we experienced, day before, the manager listened. She never apologized, nor the employee at the desk. Mistakes happen, but denying and not apology is thought-provoking.

NO BREAKFAST. NOT EVEN COMPLIMENTARY COFFEE. In the most abrupt, cold and uncaring voice tone an older woman coming out of the restaurant- busily going in another direction and without eye contact said, "Coffee will cost you $4.95." We Went To Starbucks- and it was So Much Better:)

We were CHARGED $14.00 A NIGHT, JUST TO PARK OUR VEHICLE IN THE PARKING LOT! Fabric furniture in the room looks like it hasn't been cleaned-ever. Why not solid surfaces that can actually be cleaned? The hallways were dim, prompting my friends to comment, "This is a nice place, if you like the Prison atmosphere."

Quick easy and peaceful

The restaurant looked fun with the love music playing as we entered, we really enjoyed the proximity to the airport because we were walking but the front desk ladies were incredibly sweet and have it that good small town friendly vibe! We were just on a lay over flight but glad we went and it was great price for the night! Clean and cozy!
