It was a decent place to stay for the money

As we walked into the hotel , it smelt like smoking. Its not soppused to be smoking. Room was clean for the most part. However I did step in a sticky spot in between the center cabinet the one bed. Mattress on the 1 bed needs to be retired. Definitely wasn't comfortable too sleep on. Bathroom ceiling could use paint. Also looked like little specks of mold on ceiling probably due to not have a exhaust fan in bathroom.

Clean rooms, location was convenient for our needs.

Heater in our room was extremely noisy, and if we left the heater on in the room it got extremely hot. If we turned the heater off it still cycled on but blew cool air.

It was horrible, I wouldn’t even let my pet stay here let alone a human. 0/10 would never recommend!

The hotel was run down and dirty along with the rooms. Two pets were left in the room right next door to bark all morning long. The manager offered a snack or drink to “help” the situation which obviously did nothing. Housekeeping never came as promised to tidy up and bring new towels.

I needed to extend my stay for 1 day and the price was very high so I had to change hotels. Complimentary breakfast had a little room for improvement. Room heating unit had some issues but did work.

for the valve you i guess it was ok. someplace to lay your head at night and relax.

it was quite. the room was ok and it was easy access from our car to the room.

The breakfast was not as advertised. We had to call maintenance as soon as we checked into our room. the jetted tub didn't hold water, the phone didn't work and the bathroom faucet had no water pressure at all. The a/c and heat was not working properly either. the a/c was either on, or the heat was on. there was no in between.

The staff ladies were extremely nice and pleasant!! It was a smooth check-in and check-out. I saw one morning staff member as well when I came down for breakfast who was also nice. The breakfast was hot and delicious. The bed was soft...which I LOVE. So I actually slept without it hurting my hips.

The outer door to the building was being worked on, so it did not latch or lock. But I understand that it was under repair.

Love that we had a room that had lots of room because we had kids that like to play and not be in one spot for too long, and the beds were comfortable the breakfast was good I loved they had different creamers for coffee it was clean and it far from cedar point.

Comfortable Stay

Location of hotel is not far from Cedar Point. It's about a 10 minute or less from Cedar Point. The hot breakfast was descent and, I like that the room did not have any carpet. Staff was great and respectful. Shout out to the manager Eric and the new lady (I don't remember her name) that was in training at the time. I will be back.

The mattresses to the bed felt weird. They felt kind of fake/hollow or like a show room mattress at a furniture store.

Decent stay for the price

The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was a nice variety and the staff kept up with restocking. The location was 10 mins from Cedar Point. The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. The water was hot with a nice pressure.

The cooling unit wasn't strong so it was sort of stuffy in the room. The bare floors in the room were sticky and hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. The pool had already been drained, and the size of the room was a little misleading given the pictures on the website.

Good distance to Cedar Point at a fair price.

The front desk staff was friendly at arrival.

1. We were on the 2nd floor and didn't realize there was no elevator. 2. There was a jet tub in our room but we couldn't use it because the tub walls, you could feel dried on scum. 3. In the morning we had until 11am to check out, while I was taking a shower at 9:30am my young daughter was still sleeping and had the crap scared out of her because house keeping though they knocked. No one answered because I was in the shower and my daughter is 10, it was just us traveling. They continued to unlock the door and even with the chain on the door shook the door open enough the chain fell off. I heard all this while in the bathroom and was trying to get a towel on but by the time I opened the bathroom door the chain was hanging and door was still somewhat open. My daughter had woken up during it and freaked her out, she was hiding under blankets. At breakfast I told the morning desk person, though somewhat nice she said "They have a booked hotel for the night and it was probably house cleaning trying to get into getting started early. However we had not checked out and our room was locked! It made my daughter and eye feel uneasy.

The toilet flush is broken and they fixed it with paper clip that isn’t working anymore. The toilet tank is broken too and my daughter got hurt.

Separate building so we had to walk outside from the front desk to our room in the dark. Shower drain was clogged and the toilet handle had to be held for a couple seconds to flush. We also had some water flood into the carpeted area when one of us showered.

Everything was good, location, breakfast, staff. I’d stay again. I was only here one night.

Room and bathroom was a bit small for double room. Plus keycard for room door kept malfunctioning which was irritating.

The staff were so kind . Always smiling. Responsive to any requests. Breakfast was good. Pool was nice. Fire pit area nice but sadly monopolized during our whole stay.

It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the outside deck was beautiful. The staff were pretty nice and I did enjoy my stay, other than us having no television for the duration of my stay. If my television was working, I would have given this place a clean 10, but the manager did give me a discount because of that inconvenience. So overall, I am happy with my decision to choose this hotel.

That I was not told before I arrived that it was a storm that knocked out the television service and spent my whole time without a tv.

Super friendly staff - changed our room for one on a lower level at our request. Room was clean and comfortable.

Pool was a bit dirty and the top layer of paint (?) on the pool stairs made it extremely slippery. Luckily I was hanging on to the railing, but the next person might not be. Otherwise everything was good.

The pool was under construction but was not noted as such on their website. The pool was one of the reasons we selected this hotel. Needless to say, our young niece was quite disappointed. For the room we chose, the sofa pictured on the website was a sectional. The sofa we actually got in the room was a loveseat in very poor condition. The room we booked was for two queen beds, the beds we got were doubles. We had to buy our own soap at a grocery store for the shower and sink, as the hotel had none to give us-they said it was on back order from their supplier.
