We didn't have inflated expectations with the affordable price, however we were disgusted that the property is being so misrepresented. The entire property is neglected, stains all over the furniture & carpet. Tvs/fireplace were unplugged and there was a strong smell of mildew/mold present. After all this being said, you can imagine our dissatisfaction of being offered another room versus a refund.

Only problem we had was we could not get the wifi to work at all in the rear building. We were hoping to relax and watch and watch football and play some online xbox games but were not able to game at all. The office tried to help but we eventually gave up. Other than that we had a great night.

My dogs are Emotional Support Animals, I have paperwork from a Social Worker that verifies this. I have never been charged by a hotel for the dogs…until this stay. I will find other options to avoid Wyndham after this trip.

The rooms were spacious enough for 4 adults. Clerk was amazing and very helpful. They have yard games you can borrow. Pool was warm on a cool night, firepit area was cozy. Overall very nice hotel and we will definitely return in the future.

Our room was never cleaned during the 3 night stay. We had to call to ask for TP and towels. It was pretty dirty inside and out. The pool area was pretty dirty and covered with spiders. The side entry door didn’t lock and seemed pretty unsafe to have little kids around. The breakfast was pretty bad.

4 stars overall for me. The rooms themselves were only okay. We did move rooms due to stains on the sheets and the second room felt a bit damp from the A/C, but the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Not to mention the price was great considering we only booked the day before. And it's just around the corner from Cedar Point. Overall a good experience!

We liked our stay here. ALL of the staff were outstanding. The building could certainly use updated mechanicals and walls/ceiling/doors/trim show their age. Not much that staff can do about that. We understand a renovation is planned in the near future. Breakfast was great and all of the staff were OUTSTANDING.

Perfect for our family of 5 (kids ages 15, 13, 11) for a Cedar Point trip. Breakfast was great. The kids enjoyed the pool and the fire pit is a nice touch. Fitness center is clean and functional and the location is outstanding for proximity to Cedar Point and other activities. Staff was very accommodating when we needed more towels for the room (only 3 towels to begin with) and a blanket for the pull-out couch bed.
