Extremely disappointed!

Location

Our room smelt like urine. We immediately went to the front desk and complained requesting a different room but they were full. Staff came and sprayed Fabreeze all over but that didn’t help. Will NEVER stay there again! NO OFFER TO REFUND ROOM! Worse Hampton Inn we’ve ever stayed in!

The room was very nice and comfortable.

When booking I was under the impression there was a hot tub because of pictures showed for this location on the booking site. Also breakfast was not as good as I expected. One of the staff blew off the crumbs from the waffle maker with their mouth.

Disappointed

Location, breakfast was decent

Pictures showed a hot tub next to the pool. When we got there there was no hot tub. We went to the front desk and were told sorry but there was no manager to talk to until Monday. This was Friday evening and we were checking out on Sunday. The lady at the front desk said well at least you booked a jetted tub room. Which we did but when we turned it on only two of the jets out of 6 worked and the pressure was not even good on the two. We went down once again to the front desk to ask if a maintenance worker could come look at the tub and was told they would send one down on Monday. … again we checked out on Sunday. We were given a card with the managers email. We emailed Dakota. We called Hilton’s complaint line as well. Nothing was taken care of but we were told it would be. We sent a few more emails. Finally Dakota the manager called us on Friday so 6 days after we checked out. He said there was a partial refund already issued and he said he would issue another refund for the rest. However we have not received any refund from anyone yet. The hotel would have been nice if it weren’t for the false advertisement on booking that showed photo 51 with a hot tub and the jetted tub would have worked. I think it is quite ridiculous to have to wait a week after initial email and front desk complaint to hear from a manager.

The desk clerk was very nice and moved me when my room air conditioner did not work and the mold smell was unbearable

On the second floor, the smell of mold was pretty bad and the first dream I was in had a terrible odor to it. I went and bought Lysol spray, but then when I returned, the air conditioner wasn’t working so I had to ask to be moved the lady behind the desk was very nice and accommodating, and moved me.

Clean, comfortable, and a great breakfast! The Hotel is very modern and well put together. The attention to detail was impressive. The breakfast was impressive. Biscuits and cream gravy, sausage, waffles, hot oatmeal, eggs, fruit, and more. Beds were very comfortable. The room was spacious with a big walk in shower. Very nice soap products. The indoor pool was very nice. Great value. We'll be back:)

Will always stay here when in Russelville. I only go to walk ,hike and set by the lake.

I believe this is my 4th time staying, so quiet, clean and the people are very nice. Never an issue..

Did not like the coffee, seems to be a different brand..but beside that, breakfast was ok.. couldnt toast the bread , the bread was to big for the toaster.

100% would stay here again for the beds alone!

We stayed at 5 different hotels on our latest trip and this was by far the best. The beds are like heaven. The rooms are clean. There are full size containers of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. I wish we could have stayed here the whole trip! And the indoor pool was an added bonus; there are towels at the pool for guests and loungers to sit in while the kids swim. Parents can even sit in the lobby and watch the kids swim through the huge glass windows that surround the pool and be in the comfort of the air conditioning.

I can’t think of a single thing I didn’t like, this place truly felt like a home away from home. Best sleep ever and great location.
