Cozy!

I love the look and the feel and it was WAY above what I expected. Clean comfy bed, nice dark room! I only wish more hotels would sound proof - even a few rooms so that light sleepers like myself, can just blissfully doze through anything !

staff was great.

carpet had pulled away from tack board at bath entrance causing me to catch my sock on them and go head first into the bathroom and tweaking my artificial hip. the night manager offered to switch rooms for us but I declined not knowing that later in the night I would be repairing the toilet chain to be able to flush. I informed the morning desk clerk that the chain had rusted and needed to be replaced.

We have no complaints on our stay. Slept like a baby on comfortable bed and bedding. Shower was hot and had great presser. Room was spacious. Staff was exceptional and pleasant. Food was hot and lots to choose from.

Construction going on couldn't get to pool from inside had go outside its was cold elevator crap under construction Breakfast was terrible, nasty tables food was crap. Bathroom door so heavy should be outside door, vent and light on at same time. Vent didn't get shower steam out of room. Just a mess
