You have a nice hotel, but it could be better.

we didn't eat breakfast cause it wasn't complementary, and the price was a little high

Room service didn't clean our room or bath room very well, We had to let the house keeper, and the front desk know. Also my ironing board was wobbly. I asked for a better one, and got a smaller one that wouldn't stand on it's own, Got the housekeeper to replace, The sheets smelled of urine. The price for alcohol was ridiculous. Our entry door squeaked something awful, was hard to open and shut vigorously.

I requested extra blankets and towels. Didn't receive either. You can hear a lot from the other rooms, the comforter had a stain, there was some trash in the room, but overall not bad.

Loved the Starbucks in the lobby! Waitress was super nice!! I asked her if they had hot chocolate for my son and she said she could make one specially for him no problem!

I don’t like how my booking online was one price and then I get charged extra. Also I did not like the fact that we were there for 3 days and did not get fresh towels in our bathroom.

The shower in the King room was nice and the shampoo smelled AMAZING! The bed wrapped around me and I slept like a baby which is a treat since I don't sleep well.

A good decent two days.

I love that the sheets were clean , the staff were extremely helpful and amazing. I have no complain towards the staff working , my only issue issue is the bathroom is smelled like cigarettes and the place was dirty there was the previous people things under the bed, we have two kids and we made sure they didn’t wonder around. The sheets were clean and super comfortable. The only reason I’m giving this place a good review is just because the bed was good.
