The location

The noise - it is a dog friendly hotel so there were dogs barking and it is used a lot for functions so of the five nights I was there it was only one night where there was no late night music/noise

Very clean hotel and welcoming staff for a brief visit to this upscale resort.

Quaint. Quiet areas are hidden throughout this well kept facility but mostly a family atmosphere. Close to walking paths and other family activities. Beautiful small pool area fills fast. Staff maintain good standards of professionalism. Loved my brief stay.

Restaurant menu and coffee shop should consider non dairy alternatives. Elderly people need additional assistance with small details about navigating through hotel. I have suggestions for solo travelers.

The food is fine, the staff very friendly and helpful. They always had a dinner special. The valets were prompt and courteous.

Memorable. The food delicious, the staff wonderful.

Staff was exceptional and helpful. From bellmen Joshua, to front desk Millie, Lou, Jazmin, Praise, concierge Nicole, and housekeeping staff manager and our personal maid on the 2nd floor. We were room 259. We also thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant and musical guest GP "Gallo". He was amazing! Deana the server was very pleasant and funny. We also loved Tia. The fact that I remember all their names I think says something.

The ONLY thing I would say about the room was that the shower water pressure was SO strong! At first it was relaxing after a long day, but after a minute it felt like a firehose. LOL. It made laugh so hard at how powerful it was. The only other thing was that darned fire alarm that went off ALL DAY LONG. I felt more upset for the employees who could not leave than for myself & my husband. I know it was difficult for everyone scheduled that day. They handled it with grace and excellence though. I was highly impressed by the staff.

A little far from the beach, the shuttle was not available when we needed.

All in all it was an amazing stay except for checkout and calling the front desk in the morning.

When we first arrived on May 31, the evening valet staff and I think it was Jack who helped with our luggage and Joshua at the front, can’t remember their names and the front desk were amazing. The staff at A+O Restaurant and Bar, Tia was also amazing. The evening staff is amazing.

The morning staff when we checked out on the morning of June 2 at front desk wrote our email address as we asked to email us the receipt only to find out the person which was a woman, can’t remember her name did not enter it as I called the morning of June 3 wondering if they had the correct email address because I did not receive the receipt yet. When I called, I didn’t feel the same service as I did with the evening staff. I had spoken to Laura for the receipt which she helped and then Susan when I asked about the water Pathway charge in which we did not take the aluminum water bottle and she didn’t sound so friendly when I asked about it. Although she said we would receive a refund.

Nice Resort.

The breakfast was excellent in quality & service. The Valet Service was attentive & well organized. The pool was large and towels plentiful.

The wallpaper was peeling in our bathroom. It also could have been detailed (corners, baseboards etc.) a bit more closely. The vent for the AC needed cleaning badly.

Everyone we met was very friendly, from the reception, valet and Room service. The rooms are big and clean, the views of the lake are so nice! Breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was superb.
