Steps away is the Lido Clubhouse with a private beach for residents, and drop-off/pick-up dock access right next door in the “Genoa Boat Garden.” Simply open the doors to your private resort and feel the weight of the world subside.
This 3 bed 4-bathroom custom home was built from the ground up and completed in 2022 with all the finest finishes. The main level features a spacious living room that opens to amazing views of the bay, a fully equipped kitchen, formal dining area, and large sliding doors that put the panoramic water views on display. The second level is comprised of a generously proportioned bayfront master bedroom that looks out onto the water and passing yachts, the large second and third bedrooms (both with en-suite bathrooms) are also on the second floor with their own views and balconies. The luscious rooftop deck is located on the third floor with plenty of seating and a built-in BBQ to bask in the glorious local sunsets. - Thanks to our cool coastal breeze, most Newport Beach homes do not have air conditioning (AC). Every home comes with fans so you can open the windows and enjoy the beach air like a local. If AC is important to you, please double check if it is listed as an amenity.
- Parking is provided at your rental unit. However, we cannot guarantee your vehicle will fit in the designated spot, so you may need to find street parking. Street parking can be impacted due to proximity to the beach.
- We do our best to stay on top of any remodels or construction happening near our properties, but construction can pop up in the City of Newport Beach without notice. By city rule, construction is only permitted Monday through Friday, 7am to 6:30pm.
