Large Italian Villa available fully furnished with 2 Bedrooms, 2 full baths with 2 fireplaces, 2 tv rooms, 2 dining room tables & tons of parking. The island has tennis courts, paddle, pickleball, basketball, on the water with private 24/7 security guards. The house is so gorgeous it’s all stone with a wine cellar, real wood burning pizza oven and hidden speakeasy.
There is a huge sofa and massive flatscreen TVs, a private gated courtyard and upstairs has a patio balcony with ocean views and lemon trees. Additional queen sleeper sofa and balcony off primary bedroom as well. Massive closets and stunning kitchen. Access to stand up paddle boards that you can walk to the water to ruse in minutes. Walking distance to the best bars & restaurants and ocean is 4 minutes away.

Shower in main bathroom did not work, sheets did not fit beds, pillow cases missing, no washcloths and towels were beach towels, large screen TV not mounted and leaning against wall in bedroom, no place to put luggage and no closets or dressers for guests to unpack suitcases, no laundry facility available, front door difficult to lock/unlock. Would NOT recommend.
