Mid-winter trip with the Family

The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and the pool was even a pleasent tempature.

Some of the guest were very loud and impropper on a couple different occasions.

Except for the room temperature it was a nice stay.

The rooms were a nice size. The bed was comfortable

The room was cold and the thermostat did not work right. January in Chicago we froze all night and didn't get much sleep. When we turned the heat up the air conditioning kicked on. Breakfast was ok, very rubbery tasting eggs

Room 103 Joliet Illinois Bathroom was Dirty used soap was in a opened package and the toilet is broken from the wall, The showers handicapped seat is broken from the wall and unsafe. the towell rack and a roll of toilet paper used to hold up towel rack above the toilet . The bed has springs which are coming thru with the springs digging into my back all night long!

Clean rooms, clean pool, staff was friendly, had a menu for breakfast each day cold ac Only thing that wasn’t good was the comfort of the bed.

It said online there was a gym but there is not.

I liked the price and the beds were comfortable.

There was no hot tub and we were not allowed to use a table to play cards in the dining area (even though food service was closed). We also were not allowed to use the "meeting" room.

This location is within 20 minutes of the event we attended at the Route 66 Raceway Park. We really appreciate a very clean and attractively decorated room with essential amenities: microwave, mini-fridge, sound-deadening between rooms, delicious free breakfast, etc. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. This is located right off the interstate -- easy to get to and there were restaurants within a couple of mile drive. We liked it so well, we have stayed here two years in a row.

Poorly maintained hotel

Location was fine staff ok Kathy (served breakfast was really good) sorry if got name wrong.

Shower was tied up with wire and had been for ages as more wire was added. Just fix it! Parts would cost £5 in uk. Curtain wouldnt wind up so totally useless thade also must have been like that for a while. Really poor.

I liked the large bathroom.

They had one price advertised however when I went to check in, they told me that my reservation was canceled and that I had to rebook at 4x the price. I will not be back.
