Close to venue we were at. Close to lots of food options.

The staff were great, The Manager, Dylan, had a great personality, just perfect for the job she is in. The room and the bed were very comfortable. The breakfast was great. I would stay there again, no problem.

The hot tub could have been a little cleaner, and there was no coffee maker in the room. This was greatly missed.

It was absolutely a wonderful stay and the front desk staff was so kind

It was probably the best last-minute hotel I’ve ever gotten and the price was so reasonable. I loved that I could go on the first floor, Heisler’s reasonable and the staff was so friendly. I also really loved that check out was not until noon because it allowed me to get up early this morning and get some work done before I have to get back on the road.

Location was perfect for our visit. Nice quiet area between 2 towns, but still convenient to each, and right off the highway. Breakfast was good, and all the staff I interacted with were very welcoming!

Not Recommended For Long Stays

I loved the staff at this location. They were always incredibly kind and accommodating. The room itself was really clean and stocked well.

My only qualms with this place was the bed and refrigerator. The mattress was incredibly uncomfortable. I woke up quite sore most days. I was using this hotel for leisure/staycation so that kind of dampened my stay. Also, the refrigerator made some odd noises that would wake me up.

The location to where we needed to drive to was convenient.

There were questionable stains in both rooms we were in, the TVs weren't working properly, the pool was shut down by health inspector, breakfast was disappointing and we got the woman at the front desk who fed my husband some attitude when we made the complaints.

For the price it was great value for money. Beds were comfortable and the included breakfast was great. All of the staff were very friendly as well.

We were very grateful to find this hotel when so many were completely booked.

The breakfast had variety, and the food was well done. The hostess for the breakfast today (7/20) was really excellent. We thought the price for the two nights was really reasonable, especially for the excellent accommodations.

The treadmill in the exercise room was a little hard to operate. When I went for help, the kind gentleman at the check-in desk (on 7/20 at 7:15 A.M.) came and got it operating for me! He was most cheerful!

I had to take video of spots on the floor to ensure l wouldn't be charged since they take $100 deposit for room damage. Fix all that it would been great. This time YOU SUCKED

It was a disappointment unfortunately.

The location. Breakfast was good and the staff were nice. We just weren’t informed about the pool at all until we were ready to swim and had to ask.

The pool was not open and we did not see this on the booking. (Screen shot attached). We got ready for the pool and then saw a note on the door and housekeeping told us to go to the desk. The lady at the desk told us she would speak to management to see what could be done and also saw it didn’t show the pool was closed on our booking. I have yet to hear back.
