Family friendly
Not enough shade in family areas, my son woke up with bright red sunburn on his face and I avoided the sun as much as I could. The AC in 3 rooms in north tower was not working properly. No microwave area to reheat food and/or heat up water or microwaveable food for kids.

Everything g was great
What u didn’t like about the property was the host at el burro borracho it was on Saturday night at 7:30 pm he was a white male probably in his early 30s he was very very rude and myself was the birthday girl and I was soo embarrassed that I chose to celebrate at the restaurant when he wasn’t trying to sit my big party he split us up and one lady uncharged fixed that if it wasnt for her it would of been horrible.

Location
The check in process was a nightmare, i didn’t get my room until 5:45 pm, check in time 12:30, I was there at this time. The family pool was disgusting. Felty dirty, nasty things floating on top.
