We had a great time at this casino/hotel. Yes, it can get a little loud at times, it's a casino, so there are always a few guests who've had a bit too much to drink or elderly guests who don't realize how loud they're being, and them using the ICE machine at all hours of the night. but that's really not on the hotel or staff.
Speaking of staff, they were fantastic. Every single person we asked for directions or information was patient, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. That kind of service made a real difference in our experience.
Definitely planning to come back. Recommended!
