    It’s small the air conditioning does not work the elevator has no ac the sheets were dirty

    Property was clean. Staff was friendly. Food selection was good. Private beach was amazing but not allowed to bring your own alcohol and snack shack was closed. Able to rent jet skis on site or grab the ferry. Not walking distance to other casinos but shuttle is provided to Tropicana.

    I recently stayed at Harrah’s Hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The level of service was far below what I expected. From the moment I checked in, it felt like the staff was unhelpful and unwilling to resolve any issues. The biggest problem came when there was an issue with my reservation, and instead of offering a reasonable solution, I was basically told there was nothing they could do. I felt stuck and pressured into paying extra for a bungalow just to have a place to stay. That added expense was completely unexpected and unnecessary, especially since the situation wasn’t my fault. Customer service should be about helping guests, but in this case, there was no flexibility or effort to make things right. Overall, the experience was frustrating, stressful, and not worth the money. I would not recommend staying here if you expect good service or support when problems arise.
