The room was great. Nice and clean and surprisingly quiet. But we were up on the 12th floor. The view was ok, I don't care much for views unless they're mountains and beaches, but if you do, you get a decent one, I guess. The maintenance staff was very friendly! We left them a tip.

The staff. From both check-in and needing help checking out, the staff wasn't that great. Check-in staff was stiff and not very courteous or patient. When I needed help finding out how to give back my key cards at check-out, staff rudely grabbed my cards and stated the "box was over there", as if every person in the Universe should know this and I was an idiot for missing it. Said box was hidden between kiosks and I wasn't at the kiosk next to it.

The casino itself was great as usual. The room although outdated was clean and comfortable. The staff at the zodiac bar were fantastic!

The elevators in the parking structure were old and rundown. They were filthy! The diamond plate was so old the diamond design was worn smooth.

The cleanliness and Our view was nice,

I paid $30+ to do a later stay till 3pm and they confirmed with me and said everything was good. But they had house cleaning come at 11:30am. They opened the door and said “sorry they said you had checked out already” . Then at 2pm they sent security up talking about they heard kids which were mine. Originally I was supposed to stay till 3pm that’s why I paid the fee but still got bothered.
