The people that work there are some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet in the Bay Area and I don’t have to worry about my vehicle getting broken into while I stay there

Not the best value but one of the few accommodations

Nice interior grassy space to walk dogs. Beds were comfortable.

No in room coffee, no carpets on floors. Pretty bare bones. If you are not in top floor, it is fairly noisy. The restaurant closes on Monday.

Nothing fancy, but still an excellent value

Clean, no frills, excellent value if you just need a place to sleep and shower at an overall low cost. Dogs stay free, and there are several places for dogs to relieve themselves where complimentary waste bags are provided. Lobby has decent complimentary coffee every morning also. Fairly quiet, even though my room was by the pool.

WiFi was mostly solid, although occasionally it was slow and unsteady. This was a problem for me during two important zoom meetings. One restaurant on site but otherwise nothing else within walking distance. Beds are more firm than I prefer, but I still slept decently.

Possibly the worst motel I've ever stayed at.

Literally nothing.

No microwave, no fridge, no coffee, no continental breakfast, lied about room service, Dirty, No elevator...had to use emergency stairs, card keys stopped working several times, uncomfortable beds, bathroom so small you could not close the door unless you stood between the toilet and counter, virtual receptionist in the evening, windows opened but no screens, AC did not work

Convenient location mostly safe and peaceful location. Dog friendly.

Air condition did not work room extremely hot. Toilet barely flushed. Someone else’s dog was barking at night I heard it but I got blamed for it wrongly by the hotel manager. And they kept taking my do not disturb signs off the door which was annoying because I work night hours. They said it was against hotel policies to hang anything on the door. I also asked for a ground floor room because I was recovering from an injury and the were unable to provide me with this. Lastly I needed a trolley to move my stuff back from my room to my vehicle after a 2 week stay and they were simply none available for more than 5 hours.

Big comfortable bed; good air conditioning; blackout drapes; free parking

Generally run-down appearance to the property. Elevator worked, but looked like it wouldn't and was small. Hallways dirty. No hair dryer. Tiny bathroom -- couldn't close the door without maneuvering around it first. No kleenex in the room at all. Very few towels and they are small and worthless for drying. Nothing was worth the nearly $100 I paid for the room

Worst choice for family stay

I like the location of the property

There was a slight variation in the cost from what I booked when I asked the staff, he mentioned this is the price and I have to talk to booking.com. With my little kids, I don’t want to go anywhere at night, ended up staying for 3 nights paying CAD411.27. We were accommodated in the B block room 228. I struggled with my luggage, two little kids, and a stroller. There is no elevator to the second level, so we climbed the stairs. The worst was the terrible smell as soon as we entered the hallway. Cleanliness was at its peak. Only one light was working, and the bathroom light was almost about to die. There was a broken wire for the bedroom switch. I asked to find any other room in the ground level, but they offered my a better choice on the 3 level, which I had to refuse it. No fridge, no microwave. Went down to get some drinking water, and the vending machine had a water bottle but the buttons for the water bottle and as not working. I went to the Front desk and the staff directed me to block A to find another vending block. Three times I went around at midnight to find come back to show the vending machine, but she refused and I had to find out. Finally, I found, that the vending machine is also not working. I desperately asked that I need a water bottle for my 3-year-old but the lady showed no empathy and told me to go out and buy refused to help just for a water bottle. I was so worried about going out leaving my wife and two kids alone at that worst place. Since I paid my money I had to stay there for the three nights without any choice. I made a terrible mistake in booking this place. I will never book such a cheap kind of place for my family and will never recommend anyone.

Felt so safe, Oracle building is in view 50 paces from the pool, and the feel of it says "it's safe like the 1960's but the sun makes it feel 2025 Modern". Having a wonderful time ~ booked a second three nights .... Building D. Stayed in B previously :-) ~M.E.

The location was convenient for work. Traffic was not too bad to get to and from hotel. Lots of parking available.

I woke up with bedbug bites in the morning, and when I told the desk they did nothing to try and acknowledge it/do something about it or refund me.

The bed was clean and comfy. Not too many lights in the room to keep us awake.

Staff were rude, couldn’t find the ice machine. Floors were disgusting, no mini fridge to keep our drinks in, no conditioner or shampoo for the shower. Key card stopped working after 2 uses. Air conditioner was loud and rattled.

Nice property with a few issues

The room and property were very nice. Great price for 2 night stay $196. Centrally located between San jose and San Francisco.

My room was on the side with the pool. The kids playing in the pool did not bother me. However, the adults/parents brought a speaker and played loud music for about 3 hours, until 9pm. It was very annoying and the base thumping definitely disturbed my peace. I called 4 times to complain. It was very difficult to get anyone to go take care of the situation, because there were no managers on property after normal business hours. There was only a virtual kiosk check in attendant. He was great and did his best remotely, to get the situation under control. Also, the plugs in the room were old and phone charging was difficult because of this.

Could/Should Have Been Better

Decent size rooms, housekeeping staff is friendly, and it is pet friendly.

First off, I really am not one to complain or leave bad reviews but I just had to. So, I have been staying here on and off while my house is under construction. I am fully aware that this motel is one where you get what you pay for. I come here mainly because I can bring my dog. I've been in 3 different rooms here over the last 6 weeks, the first was a good size room with the kitchen. That part was fine. The fact that I bought cleaning supplies to clean it myself, sucks. The second room did not have the kitchen but was a little cleaner, but I still cleaned it. The last room, ugh! The room was filthy, the mattress on one of the beds looked like somebody gave birth on it and all that was on it was a see through white sheet. Thats how I saw the mess. Because I did not notice this until late in the night I knew I wouldn't get much help but I tried anyway. I showed pics of the mattress that I took and was offered a new set of sheets. No mattress protector, (which really doesn't cut it) no room change, just sheets. It was gross. I sprayed the mattress with my Lysol spray doubled up on the sheets because thats all I could do. I was always taught that bodily fluids are something that should be cleaned a certain way and not just covered. I think the employee handbook should state something in regards to this. If you see blood or any other mess on a bed, do more than cover it with a sheet. Disgusting. Oh, and the heater only worked in 1 of the 3 rooms and none of the rooms have decent water pressure at all. Also, you can hear all of your neighbors peeing, every time. One of the beds was almost comfortable.

The closest entrance to where my room was did not accept my key card. But other guests did not have the same problem. I had the key card replaced but the replacement didn't work either. Very frustrating experience upon arrival while being exhausted from traveling. Staff was not useful and I was basically told to go use the farther more inconvenient entrance everyday. Also, staff doesn't seem well informed on protocols. I was told different information from different staff members regarding early check-ins and extending my stay. A staff member told me an early check-in would be fine, but upon arriving, a different staff member told me otherwise. I ended up having to bring all my luggage and belongings to work with me that day. I don't like that I have to go to the front desk to extend my stay, and I only have certain hours to do so. Would prefer if I can do this through the website or app.
