The hotel is clean and spacious and while the staff was wonderful, they were severely understaffed at checkin. We booked a room with trundle bed and I had to go downstairs to pick up beddings and extra towels and it took half an hour at reception with a single man checking in a long line of guests. It was otherwise a nice experience at a nice hotel.

I have to say that it’s nice to stay at a location next to the Hillsdale mall if you like to walk somewhere, however the hotel is understaff (1 person) at front desk in result of a huge waiting line on a Saturday where I stayed at. When I checked into the hotel, I found a piece of hair on a towel and shower curtain in the bathroom and a piece of nail on the floor next to the bed sofa.
