Stay was as expected. No frills, clean. Only issue was that I had food delivered and it would be good if there was some disposable plates and cutlery i could use.

Kind and efficient staff. The amenities are bare bone, which is what you’re paying for. The pillows had stains on them and there were parts of the wall that were broken away in the bathroom.

There’s a lingering odor in the room. Noise of toilet flushing from upstairs room. Noise of upstairs guest dragging a chair or table. Curb appeal is poor, needs upgrade. I did not get the feeling of home and cozy feeling.

The staff were so dishonest, we left a brand new pair of shoes on the floor in front of our room door and they were nowhere to be found! We are sure the shoes were taken by housekeeping as they were left there when we left! We will never book this motel any more for the future!

No microwave no coffee maker no refrigerator no shampoo no conditioner. Give us a room on third floor with elevator out of order. We are over 65! Only one elevator is working and we have to go from building one to building three which is about 1/4 miles!

Management was friendly and hospitable but nearby hotel resident was incredibly noisy. Police had to be called. Elevator is old and unpredictable.

The hot tub was ice cold like a pool. Very deceiving to list a spa, but have the heat off to it. Many things were broken at the hotel the main door to the hotel was broke so no security there our rooms bathtub would pour out hot water but no cold water it would come out at a drop. Air conditioning did not work in the room. Broken electrical plates. Had to look for a working ice machine as there are no fridges in the room and the first one was not working at all. I definitely don't recommend staying here very disappointed and feel cheated as we booked it to use the hot tub knowing my wife's legs swell up driving that far and that the hot water would swell them down but we could not use the hot tub and could not even use a bathtub to do that.

The room number I was told didn’t match the room number on the map. The room felt like it had a lot of stories to say, and not good ones. The room was fairly clean, but I was hesitant to sleep inside the sheets, so I slept on top. The hot water took a few minutes to turn on. The TV remote didn’t work with the TV, so there was no TV. I returned it to the front desk and they didn’t give me a replacement, in fact, they could’ve cared less. The front desk person I checked in with the night before was courteous, but the TV remote person was pretty much checked out. The area is a little bit sketchy, but I certainly didn’t feel unsafe. I wouldn’t stay here again. But the price is good. You get what you pay for.

I arrived around 11:30 ish for check in Saturday, August 16. Staff decent. They were kind/courteous for checking in and out. They lack (or tired of) inform guests the elevator is out of service, still. Nor did the venue fail to mention in description of selecting rooms thru Expedia! I’ve been to this venue a few times for convenience and pricing. The price should be reduced even more. For the negligence of maintenance (elevator), run down of building C, and the roads/pavement conditions driving in at this particular venue. Way too many pot wholes and unevenness! It has been over 2 years now. Unbelievable! Still have not fixed the elevator over in building C. Such an inconvenience hauling my own luggage up 3 flights of stairs! Especially check in this late! Building C dire need for a well long over due make over! Cons: -Elevator still out of commission over 2 years! -Hallways of this building needs to be upgraded. Very dingy and musty. Not well lit. -Rooms need to be refreshed. Very basic. -No mini fridge, a basic coffee maker, or microwave. -Bathroom definitely needs upgrades. -Bathroom sink is more like a hand sink literally. -Shower is very basic and the water is sub par. -No any type of delivery drop off in front of our door! Drop off is in the front desk lobby, in another building! PRO: - A/C works well( in the room I stayed in) -Bed was clean and mattress was comfortable. -Bathroom assorted towels are clean. Building C need desperate attention!

The worst experience. Was placed in an ADA room. The room was dirty, linen was old and tattered. When I turned on the shower, it and the toilet flooded. In a panic, I called the front desk and the female employee yelled at me to say “ what do you mean flooding? We don’t have any more rooms for you!” When I attempted to respond, she interrupted to say the same thing. Finally, I was able to explain that 1) I did not need an ADA room and 2) I just wanted to take a shower. I was eventually transferred to another room. My concern is that I had to pay and spend the whole night in a dirty and out of service room. I would like a refund for the first night.
