Stay was good billing was terrible

Clean and comfortable

I was double charged and told would not be double charged and had to call credit card company to file a dispute when the total was only changed to the price to match booking.com not the higher amount that original showed pending when i had already prepaid for my room

I was very happy with the front desk but the property was disappointing

The lady at the front desk was amazing and took care of us.

The pool wasn’t heated at all. The property could use some upgrades as the toilet paper holder was coming off the wall, there was a musty smell. The manager (I’m assuming, he didn’t speak English) was very loud and rude. He would yell on his phone in the lobby and hallways. The way he spoke to his employees was unsettling and he took the salt shaker from my 14 year old daughter as she was using it.

The bathroom facility and inoperative ice machine, not withstanding- the hotel was really nice.

Breakfast was good. Bed was super comfy. Room and facilities were very clean.

Ice machine didn’t work. Room phone didn’t work. Toilet was super low to ground, which made sitting down ‘uncomfortable’- but this was a disability access room, so… But- the porcelain was either broken or sounded broken whenever it was sat on-seat was misaligned.

Also, she asked if we wanted housekeeping services daily and we said no. She gave us extra towels and told us if we needed anything to let them know. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Every time we saw a staff member they always smiled. We are going to stay there next year when we come down to visit our son and his family.

We had a pretty good stay.

The room was nice and pretty clean. The bathroom was nice with the big shower. The bed was very comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked and that was great because we watched some of the games that were on late.

The elevator was not working, so we had to take the stairs up and down to unpack and repack, and that was terrible. The breakfast was supposed to be fantastic and it was barely subpar. There was not much to choose from. We were disappointed.

The only disappointing thing was the girl at the desk said don't forget we serve breakfast at 6 am. There was not any breakfast or coffee at 6:00 am or 6:15 am. Had to leave we had a long drive home

Bad experienced ... trashy attitude front desk staff ...

The hotel is okay ...

The staff on the morning we checked out was rude and unprofessional ... she didn't ask the way you should talk to customer/s. She made a scene out of a situation where she didn't even check how and what happened. She just assumed that she was right of what she heard or overheard on the phone when she called and checked on us that morning of us checking out. She needs a customer skills service badly. It doesn't look good to a place like a hotel to put a staff at the front desk, particularly with a trashy attitude. My partner is still not over how she talked to him that morning. She should not have talked the way she did if she was professional enough to handle the situations. Too bad we don't remember and / or we didn't check her name. But the HR should be able to trace or check who was on duty in the morning of Saturday, July 5, 2025, around 12 noon. We look forward to hearing a just report about the incident. Thank you 💓 ... P.S We will never go back to the same place anymore and we will share our bad experienced. .

Location ok but the breakfast was horrible I stayed 5 day only went down to try the breakfast once I didn't go back

The eggs and muffins I had to request to change my room because of the smell 5 day and u have to request for them to clean it did they make the bed same sheets did vacuum or sweep or clean the bathroom house keeping is very poor

It was obviously older and could use some repairs. I asked for a room close to the elevator due to trouble walking. We were given the room farthest from the elevator.

Best hotel ever stayed at

Everybody there was fantastic The room was very clean. The beds were fantastic front counter people. Everybody was great the night before our last day there my granddaughter lost her diamond earring down into the sink. Not sure if he was the owner or the head manager. I want to say the owner though came to our room and literally took the piping apart and found her earring. Everybody went above and beyond throughout our whole stay, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Arrived near midnight while driving through - extremely comfortable and clean.

It was very clean, beds were extremely comfortable. We booked on booking.com - just be aware when you do that. Not the hotels fault but booking.com gives misinformation about the rooms. We thought we were getting a sofa bed in each room but didn't. Again, NOT the hotels fault. We loved Fairfield.

Good location. Best hotel we stayed at on our 5 day trip. Breakfast was pretty standard fare.

There were some kids in the breakfast area without shoes even though a sign was visible about needing shoes. Kind of gross.

Good stay, just need to check the bed

It was clean, quiet, and in a good area. The room was nice for the most part, and the parking lot was good. Check in staff was very nice.

My bed and pillows were not comfortable. It almost bowed in at the head and the pillows were lumpy and thin. I woke up with a sore neck. The toilet also flushed super loud, which wasn’t an issue necessarily. Just making you aware.

The room smelled like Mildew, there were dead bugs in the bathroom. There was hair in the sheets and towels. The most disturbing part was the stain spots that were on the sheets. I left before even getting into bed.
