They had an open room. That’s what I liked

Quick check in

No breakfast offered. Very disappointed that someone had a key and tried to enter our room at 4am. Followed up by a call from front desk confused that the room was occupied.

If we had not been exhausted we would have been gone but were able to sleep a few hours.

It was priced well and we were weary on our way to final destination

Staff was complacent. Room was dirty looking with old worn discolored sheets, fluorescent nail polish on the bed throw, tiny pillows that didn’t even fill space from side to side. Bed felt like there was plywood on top. Curtains were damaged and 1/2 missing. Door would not latch unless slammed- etc

Location was great! Bed was comfortable. Good for a one night stay.

Our toilet was messed up, floors were dirty, and the lady at desk that night was super rude!

It was sufficient for a break from the interstate, but I would not recommend for more than that.

Location was relatively convenient, as we were only there for an overnight stop. Food and gas was nearby. Price was good.

Sheets had burn holes, window curtain had holes in it; looked more like an old shower curtain liner than an actual curtain.

Cockroaches

They gave me the type of room I had requested, and let me add a night.

While sitting on my bed, the 2nd night. A cockroach either came from under the nightstand or through the wall. Everybody knows there is never just one cockroach! Didn't sleep well that night.

Don't bother

The room was big enough

The pillows were flat, and one had a cigarette burn on one side, with Ash on the other side of it. It stated breakfast was included and this was the only reason I chose this hotel, yet was told in the morning that there wasn't breakfast facilities and hadn't been far years. False advertisement. Nothing to make up for this lack of breakfast, no apology or anything just a "get over it" attitude by the guy on the reception. The beds were uncomfortable, and the bath looked filthy. I couldn't use the bath it looked that bad.

Location

broken HVAC vents covers were broke out and blew cold air over bed. It did not heat well either. No facial tissue or coffee in the room. Office appeared abandoned a 8am and could not determine whether they served breakfast or not. When I checked out at 9am no one was staffing the office and had to slip my room card around a block that was obscuring the pass through window. Also the room lock was very tricky to get into my room and had to try multiple times. i will not stay there again.
