About this villa rental
This comfortable two-storey villa offers a relaxed and well-equipped base for your stay. The home features air conditioning in all three bedrooms, the lounge, and the kitchen, and is furnished throughout with practical and comfortable pieces.
The villa sits on a fully enclosed plot with well-maintained gardens. There's Wi-Fi available throughout the property. The private 8x4 metre pool is next to a patio with sun loungers and a shaded terrace with a dining table and chairs—ideal for outdoor meals or relaxing by the pool.
**Main Accommodation – First Floor**
The majority of the living space is located on the upper floor, accessed via an external staircase. *(Please note: there is no internal staircase between the floors.)* Entry is through a conservatory set up as a dining area, which leads into a spacious sitting room with seating for seven, a wood-burning stove, and a TV.
The adjacent kitchen is fully fitted with a ceramic hob, electric oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and a range of smaller appliances suitable for home cooking.
The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, built-in wardrobes (one containing a safe), a chest of drawers, and bedside cabinets. There’s also a vanity sink in one of the cupboards. The second bedroom on this floor has zip-and-link beds that can be made up as either a king-size or twin beds, along with standard bedroom furniture. A bathroom with a shower-over-bath, basin, and WC serves both bedrooms.
**Ground Floor Bedroom Suite**
The third bedroom is located on the ground floor and is accessed via a small entrance lobby that also includes a fridge-freezer and kettle—handy for making drinks without needing to go upstairs. This bedroom is large and features zip-and-link beds (king or twin), storage furniture, and two wicker chairs. A shower room is also accessed from the same lobby.
The lower terrace outside this room is covered and furnished with a dining table and chairs. It overlooks the pool and garden area.
