Very clean and nice. My room was next to the pool. I loved it there.

Nothing it was very nice and quiet

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Whenever I needed something they would get it to me as quickly as possible.

The parking.. towards the end of the night the parking lot was full.

The air conditioner was excellent. It was hot outside but the AC made our room very comfortable. The bed was also very comfortable. The kitchen is perfect for an extended stay so I will keep TownePlace in mind for future reference.

There were clear signs of water damage in the bathroom and there were no efforts to repair anything. Instead, paint was applied over the damage and a wooden veneer was applied over the side of the damaged vanity. The toilet had a high pitched whistle every time it was flushed and the cable for the TV kept cutting out. Lastly, I was using the spare comforter to bundle up in at night and as I was folding it before check out, I discovered a brown smear on the corner

the sofa bed needs new mattress, only two bath towels in bathroom would have appreciated at least two more. Only had access to one key, Had issued with Wifi it kept disconnecting
